I want to give a 5 star for the customer service I received from this business. After going through the carwash the next day my husband noticed a trim piece from the top of my Lexus was missing. I called the carwash and talked to the district manager, Mike. He told me he would be in Tucson the next day and would be happy to assist in finding the trim for my car. I took my car by his office, he took a picture of the matching trim and told me he would call me personally the next day after they deep cleaned the drain. He gave me his personal cell # and was very professional and sincere in wanting to find my trim. The next day as promised he called to tell me they found the trim and to go at my convenience to the carwash and ask for Jeremiah he had my trim. Jeremiah was very polite telling me the success of their business depends on the satisfaction of their customers. That he was there to make my experience as perfect as they can. He personally found the trim in the drain, after having the picture from Mike he knew what to look for and found in a hidden place in the drain. I want to thank them both for following though with what they promised and never making me feel like I was a bother. Their attitude was professional and a level of customer service you just don’t find often. Thank you!

Don’t let the guys that work there talk you into the car wash coupon its a scam. they have been charging my bank account unauthorized for 2 months and I can’t get them to stop taking my money. Tried calling the number for this business, goes to a answer machine in phoenix. No return call, no resolution. Not good.

I like that you can vacuum yourself because sometimes the places that vacuum for you don’t do a great job but I think their prices should be lower to reflect that. I spent a good 45 minutes vacuuming my car thinking the wash would only cost me $ 3 but found out that is just a touch up. A regular wash is $ 8 which is the same price you’d pay at octopus and there they do the vacuuming for you, scrub your headlights and dry the car after. A few of the vacuum stations were out of order when I went and the one I used for a while fell out of the machine and I wasn’t able to put it back in so I had to switch to another. There is a help button on the machine you used to pay for your wash an an attendant will come out (which is super awkward when someone is waiting in line behind you) but I didn’t notice anything like that out by the vacuums. The way it is set up you come in on a one way so the only way you’re supposed to leave is through the car wash but I saw numerous cars come in, use thr free vacuums and go out the entrance. Will only come here when the car needs a really thorough vacuum from now on.

I frequent this car wash. It’s cheap and works well. They have a GREAT deal right now where you can buy a monthly 25 dollar (or less) pass to get the Lava Luster washes unlimited per month! They are always friendly, give you a decent new rag to wipe down any missed water droplets. They have free vacuums available. I wouldn’t take a super nice car through here, but mine is 11 years old so I am okay with it

Friendly staff either that or he was just bored. Had some bugs still on the front of my car when I came out of the wash but he had given me a towel to spot dry anyway so I got it off. The free vacuum is great! I prefer to wash my own car and not run it through the machine but I couldn’t find one of those so I stopped in here. I’ll be back good clean car and not damaged. If there was not still bugs on my front they would have 5 stars.

I got the express detail and they did a terrible job. [Shouldn’t have] left with dirty mirrors, windows, and didn’t look like they even touched the seats. Detail was about what I would expect for their basic wash.

The good:
Cheap, $ 8 for inside and outside wash
It’s usually very fast, especially compared to Metro down the street, they take forever!
Full details are done well, for a good price.
The «Meh»
If there’s real dirt on your car, like from driving down a dirt road during the rain, the wash won’t get it off. On my Tahoe, my running boards still have mud on top of them after my last wash.
Windows — I always have to redo the windows after getting either of my cars washed there. The use wet towels and there are ALWAYS streaks and haze on my windows.
The bunny in the store — Cute, but my wife is allergic so she can’t go inside so when she needs the car washed she goes elsewhere.
Overall, not bad I’d give them 4 stars if the windows were clean!

Simoniz refused to accept my Groupon because others had misused theirs; using them over and over again for free washes. My visit was the first time I had ever used my Groupon and I told Simoniz that is was not fair to refuse mine because of the behavior of others but they still refused.
It is not fair for those of us who were trying to honestly use something that we purchased and had already paid for because the business is unable to maintain appropriate records to ensure the Groupons are used appropriately.
