Specialties
PTS employs facilitators with diverse backgrounds in developmental disabilities, the behavioral health system, special education, and most importantly, hands-on experience supporting individuals with a spectrum of needs in a variety of settings.
PTS cares deeply about the quality of the trainings we offer and employs several certified Prevention and Support and Article 9 instructors including State of Arizona certified Lead Instructors and Article 9 Master Trainers. We are actively involved in the AHCCCS Direct Care Workforce Alliance, and the statewide Positive Behavior Support Workgroup. Our facilitators are highly trained in a broad spectrum of topics that range from the basics of providing support to leadership training and development.
Your staff, and the individuals they support, will benefit from the training received at PTS. Just as important, are the cost savings your agency can realize during these tough economic times. For much less than the cost of hiring a trainer, providing the equipment, materials, and certifications you can ensure your team has the best training available at a variety of times including nights and weekends.
