We offer fully furnished apartments for vacation rentals, corporate housing, short term rental, long term rental in Tucson Arizona. We are a gated community and offer 5 one bedroom units and 2 two bedroom units. All apartments are in duplexs and include washer and dryer, wirelss high speed internet, direct tv along with everything you would need for a great stay. We even have in each patio a BQ grill. We built these 3 duplexes over the years. They were changed to fully furnished short term apartments 4 years ago.

Arriving earlier than expected, I found that the owners bent over backwards to get me situated regardless of the inconvenience to them. I found the apartment clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with items sufficient to meet my culinary needs. I was very satisfied with the unit, especially for the very reasonable rent! The owners were available if I had any need, while at the same time respecting my privacy as I went about the course of my stay. I found the location convenient for the work that needed to be done, being close to the U of A and the hospitals. The times free for tourist stuff had me within reasonable distance to the Desert Museum, along with a few other museums, hiking trails, and some very good Mexican restaurants. I will definately return if the opportunity arises! Thanks, Gregg and Cindy!
