I brought my two front seats from my 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser to these guys and they did an incredible job. The price was so good I was skeptical on what I was going to get back. What I got back was two seats that looked better then the original new seats. The price was less then the quotes I got for seat covers alone. Needless to say, far less expensive then other quotes I received to redo the seats… no exaggeration when I say over 4x less! I dropped my seats off Monday at 8:30AM and they were ready at 4:00PM Tuesday. I received their info from one of the best detailers in town and an aviation expert who oversees the restoration of many Tucson based aircraft. I wish I would have taken a «before/after» photo. I will definitely be using these guys again!

First they said they could do a particular customization, then when I drop off the car, they back out of it. They offered to fix the dome light when replacing the headliner, then call me to say they couldn’t figure it out and the light is on all the time. Their tech lied when asked about the wiring. I had to fix it myself, and discovered bare wires exposed to metal, definitely a hazard. They broke or stripped every bolt holding the seat down, and jammed a different size bolt in every hole, making it seem like it was ok but completely unsafe to drive. They didn’t even refit any of the weather stripping or molding correctly, and left dirty hand prints on all the plastic.

My money spent at P and L was well spent. They rebuilt the bench seat in my 2003 f150 and honestly I’ve had three people look at it and say it looks brand new. It’s very firm and comfortable and I’m very happy I decided to spend the money with them. To add to that, it was fast. I dropped the truck off at 330 on tues and had it back by 1030 am Friday. Whammo. I’m happy as a clam. Will be going back w my Tacoma soon.
