O’reilly Auto Parts

Great experience! Cory helped us with our coolant tank and our heating outlet. Gave us some helpful tips that we did imediatly and wow, it feels like a new car. And we thought we were going to be spending $ 150, only spent $ 35! Wow, Cory thank you. You said tomorrow was your last day, congrats going on to bigger and better things.

The battery went out in my car first thing this morning… yay Monday! I was able to walk right into O’Reilly ‘s and have my battery tested and put in in less than 20 minutes. Great friendly staff. Awesome.

Man, gotta say, this place and any other O’Reilly I have been into, the folks that work there go above and beyond to help you out. Recently, I needed a new set of windshield wipers… the guy there gave me options and I got what I needed… I looked perplexed at how to install them… the guy comes out and installs them in 3 minuted. I was amazed… I have him $ 5 for a beer on me after work…
We need more of this in our service industry…

Buying auto parts for your car is something we all do every once awhile. General speaking most of the auto parts places always offer pretty good customer service, They always help you to get the right parts (but not always… I will reveal that in different reviews). But this new location got a new guy… Jason (that’s his name I believe) he went above and beyond just help me get the right wiper blade (just the refill I mind you) for my car.
Since no 3^rd party wiper blade maker weren’t interested making odd adapter for my car. I had been going back to dealer for wiper blades forever… yeah…$ 25 for one (and I know I can get them online cheaper. but when comes to wiper blades… who do that anyway?) and those blades only last about 10 months. This time I decided just see if I can get away with the cheapest option… buy the cheapest one and cut them to the size just swap the blade. But after I described my dilemma to Jason… He went to back of the store found the perfect size refill blade and swap it for me… for $ 4.00! I can totally do that myself (and I tried to tell him twice) but he did it for me anyway… talking about customer service!
I was happy customer (and still is) when I walked out the store. but this review is strictly for him and his representation for the company. As matter of fact… I had a not so pleasant experience once before with one of the clerks but that didn’t stopped me from going back… just because all the other guys were pretty nice. and Jason save the day!
