Established in 2005.

Owner, Pat Sparks, has been in the hospitality business for many years, owning Penelope’s Restaurant Francaise before starting her bed and breakfast. She enjoys adding a personal touch to each guest’s stay.

In addition to her restaurant experience, Pat also teaches food science and safety as well as food management at the U of A. She encourages her students to get involved in community projects. Cooking has always been a passion and someday she plans to publish a cook book. She is active in her church where she works with children.
