Michael Bader – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have used Michael as my insurance agent for 3 years and have all my policies with him. I started off saving a ton of money by transferring my auto policies to him and have since switched my home owner’s as well. Two years ago he took the time to sit down with me and explained why I needed life insurance. As a concerned single mom of three I am more than adequately protected should something happen to me such that my kids are financially taken care of. Recently, I took out an auto loan with Mr. Bader and because of the highly competitive rate, I was able to afford the vehicle I wanted. I now have 8 policies with him and the monthly amount I pay is ridiculously low! I refer all my friends and family to him and his staff always treats me like I am one of his most important clients.

Mr. Michael Bader from State Farm has policies on both my home and vehicles for almost a decade. All coverage’s were started while I was oversea in Iraq, then Afghanistan and not only have the rates been completive the coverage excellent, my concerns have been addressed without delay and/​or question. My best interests have been the forefront of Mr. Bader’s concerns and his customer service the foundation making my insurance demands one less issue to deal with. For that — I thank you.

This was a horrible way to start my relationship with an insurance company. Having never been insured under my own name this was all new to me. My first impression of the office was that it was disorganized. I should have turned and walked out. They set me up with a policy which I felt would cover me and be wonderful for what I needed. After signing it and strutting around in my big girl pants, I receive a letter a month later indicating that my policy had been cancelled. They signed me for something they knew would be declined. I re-​signed for state minimum and my charges were never consistent. The agent and his staff do not return calls or email. They did nothing about my request to switch agents. This guy is arrogant and I am so pleased to be switching to Mike Parvis to be rid of him and his office miscreants.

I have policies with this office for both my home and car. After getting in a car accident, Michael J. Bader and his team answered my call immediately, he then showed up to the site and took care of everything. I would never use any other insurance agent. Top notch customer service.
