Tracy Mitchell – State Farm Insurance Agent

So, a few weeks back I reviewed Mr. Mitchell and had given him 4 stars only, because of the terrible service we received from a tow company we thought he was still associated with. After I wrote a letter to their office detailing our poor service and treatment from B & C Towing here in Tucson, I received 2 different emails and 2 separate calls from his office staff profusely apologizing, explaining they had discontinued using B & C over a year earlier (something we didn’t know) and gave us contact info for the new tow company they were using. I was relieved to read their words and listen to their messages that they too had others experience poor service and listening to their customers severed ties with them.
