After all the bad reviews, horrible employee service misinformation and media hype I tryednot to give up on McDonalds or at least take it alot lighter when it comes to their menu but on this one recent occasion I ordered simply a chicken bacon ranch salad and a Powerade. Everything looked ok when I initially grab my bag of food but once I arrive home and open my salad there was already dressing on my lettuce so I decided to call the restaurant and app do they pre dress the salad now and the manager told me yes they do and this is a new sauce that helps keep the chicken fresher… i cook so I inquired about the ingredients in the sauce and he had no answer… in my frustrated state I called a different store location to ask about their salad plating and a different store manager stated immediately once I started explaining the situation that that manager was wrong nd lieing. When i retured to that location moments later the night manager proceeded to argue with me nd tell me im wrong about something ive been ordering for years… i asked for a refund nd will never return…

This place is awesome and it has an excellent playground for the kids. I stopped by here for their BEST hot fudge sundae! In my opinion, it’s better than Dairy Queen… Because of their hot fudge tastes better I think???

I am consistently pleased with the friendliness of the drive-through personnel. My order is always right and service is quick. When the drive-through girl asks, «how are you?», I actually feel as if she genuinely wants to know. It’s close to work, so I’ll be back.

snarky treatment over wrong order… I’ve been going to this location for a few months now and there’s a consistent lack of organization. When you first walk in, customers are all standing around asking: «are you next?» «are you in line» «where’s the line». I try to give the benefit of the doubt, so I’ve attempted many time slots, different shifts, etc. I’ve even tried when it’s dead. There can be 2 people in the place, and nobody at the drive-through… yet it takes 5 minutes and 3 people to make a ‘large iced coffee’. Today was the worst ever! It was mid-morning with very little business. When the standing customers agreed it was my turn(a line would help), I stepped up, ordered my usual large iced coffee. Plain, no syrup. When my number was called. I picked up my coffee and there was some sort of brown goopy stuff on the inside rim under the lid. I can have NO Gluten, and was unsure of the ‘syrups’, so I went back up to the front. It became a confrontation. And actual confrontation. I was told it’s normal; it’s syrup. i asked for no syrup, no it’s liquid sugar. I asked if there was gluten in the syrup. With a snippy attitude he looked at the label and proclaimed it fine. OK. the observed ‘liquid sugar’ was clear. NOT Brown! So what is the brown stuff? The guy huffed, puffed, rolled his eyes and said,” I don’t have time for this” and left. WHAT??? Another guy just stared at me like I had 3 eyes. i finally said, «I’m not comfortable with a mystery ingredient, and with GREAT snark, my large iced coffee was replaced. OK, it’s a little example. BUT, while I was waiting, a string of people came in with wrong orders received from the drive-through. One guy had a substandard burrito. The item was examined and debated. Another lady brought in a completely wrong order, and it ALSO was inspected. at LENGTH, and finally replaced. I was hopeful I’d be able to eventually discuss gluten with the manager and possibly feel safe eating SOMETHING… ANYTHING at this location. That’s looking like a long shot. On the up side… The employees seem to be nice to each other.

The wife and I stopped here to grab a quick bite to eat before going to a movie saturday night; what should have been a simple meal and quick turned into me returning my hamburger twice becuz it was made wrong and then they rang us up with the wrong amount. After everything else the guy behind the counter had an attitude when he obviously wasn’t listen when we placed our order. We will not be making the mistake of coming here again poor show!
