The service department is a complete scam as well as Kia in general. You think that great 100k mile warranty will cover you and your vehicle? Wrong! They will do anything not to cover anything on the vehicle. Over a month in the shop and they come up with, «we did what we could, the rest isn’t covered by a warranty.» I can understand the noobs in the service areas not wanting to do anything to help you. (The people have the brains and personality of dead mosquitos) Seriously, you should stop by the front desk if you’re having a bad day just to make yourself feel better about your life. Contacting Kia customer affairs will only lead to more despair and run arounds. Kia is cheap and just as pathetic as they were years ago. Do yourself a favor, get a Toyota. On another note, don’t buy from them if you’re desperate enough to buy a cheap Kia. Their sales department is a joke. Look at their prices and look at the market. Kinda embarrassing, Jim Clunk. I regret getting this piece of crap.

I took my car to them for the 90,000 mile service. The technician broke an ignition coil on my car while trying to replace the spark plugs. I was forced to pay for the part, they made me feel like they would hold my car hostage unless I agreed to pay for it. Then they did extra services on my car that I never ask them to do and tried to charge me for it. I will never bring my car back to this place.

The salespeople here are extremely pushy and pull out all the stops to keep you from leaving without a car. They seemed desperate when we pulled up, and though the salesman was nice enough, he kept stalling us to prevent us from leaving. We would ask for a business card, and it would take him 10 minutes to come back with another new overpriced vehicle to show us. They did not have many vehicles in our price range, and when we suggested that they call when they got new inventory, a manager quickly got involved. He showed us a vehicle that had not yet been priced and claimed that he could ensure that we were within budget. After asking us to wait some more, he came back with a price well over our budget, and well over Blue Book value. When we explained that, another manager got involved and suggested extending our loan term, rather than dropping the price. They apparently charge their customers for reconditioning costs. They kept telling us to wait just a few minutes longer, but they never really did anything during that time but try to wear us down into accepting their original offer. They also didn’t listen to what we wanted, and kept showing us cars with features we specifically said we didn’t want.
We again tried to leave, since they didn’t have anything in stock in our price range, but they refused to take no for an answer and kept insisting they run our credit and get us a better rate so we could afford their overpriced cars. We were preapproved at 2.99%, so we kept saying no. We finally said we were going to get lunch, and they told us to wait and they would order us food. We got out then and there, after finally telling the manager we felt held hostage. We were there for three hours and I have rarely felt as relieved as I did when we finally pulled out of that dealership.

Took my car in 3 weeks ago to get a needed repair under my vehicle’s warranty. They fixed it with no problem. However, I was told after the tech test drove my car, I was in need of a brake job in the front. I was told my front rotars are warped and my pads are very warn less than 20%. I never noticed my brakes pulsating like the tech claimed they were doing. Jim Click Kia advisor «Hencho» quoted me an estimate of around $ 350. Being skeptical, I took my car over to Brake Masters for an inspection today and a second opinion.
At Brake Masters on Oracle Rd, the manager took me and showed me that I have 75−80% of my front pads. He also showed me that I have NO warped rotars. He said I dont need any brake service for a long time still. It goes to show how dishonest Jim Click Kia really is and not to trust a Service Advisor named «Hencho». Jim Click Kia is misleading and not honest with their customers. They are out to make money from you when you don’t need the work. Customers beware.

Worse service department ever. The East side Royal Kia is busier and they take me in same day. With Jim Click Kia they don’t ask information on phone, they set up appointment a week later. It may only take a moment to fix. They don’t care. This has happened many times. I have to drive an extra 20 minutes now. I give Royal Kia 10 stars. When Jim Click none. They have no heart to be in the business. Their service department has never done the job right. They don’t even ask your phone number to contact when your car is ready or what your car needs.
