Since coming to Tucson in 1971, our automotive business has grown to nine dealerships in Tucson and Green Valley. We are grateful for the community’s generous support of Jim Click and Holmes Tuttle Automotive businesses. That support has allowed us to proudly give back to the Tucson Community through the Jim Click Automotive Team, Click Family Foundation and the Click Charitable Contributions Program for the past 38 years.

With the understanding that one company cannot meet the multitude of needs each community faces, it is our mission to strengthen organizations and programs that are located where our customers and employees live, work and care for their families.

Each year, we are pleased to contribute in a variety of different ways. Our key community investment areas include: Persons with Disabilities Development, Community Educational, Childhood Development, At-​Risk Youth, Community Developments. However we do not limit to just these areas.

Worst body shop customer service ever. Every time you talk to them the price increases, plus they claim it’s not part of your warranty. I eventually took my car and then they tried to charge me $ 250 to look at it, despite the fact that I have a full warranty! So disappointed that I purchased a Ford warranty because it’s completely useless if Jim Click gets ahold of your vehicle.

I have bought 4 cars from this dealership, and I used to think it was great dealership. I don’t know what has happened but their service department is disorganized, rude and unhelpful. After having to bring my car in three different times for the same issue, I went to pick it up once again and they lost my car and tried to blamed me for not knowing my VIN. Who has their VIIN memorized. What a joke. After 30 min we had my 13 year old dig up an old document at our house hat had the VIN, and wow there it was. How about spending some money on training.

Called to find out about safety recall on Mustang airbags. Tried to leave a message and was disconnected. Called back and waited to speak to someone about the recall. When I told them I had not been there before I was put on hold. I hung up after 20 minutes. We are new to the area. I guess they are not interested in earning a new customer.

First off, I have to thank Joey V from sales. I went into Jim Click about 2 months ago looking to trade my minivan for a truck. We couldn’t get a deal done then but Joey kept in touch with me weekly, working on my behalf to try to find a great deal for me to help me get out of my negative equity on my minivan. Joey personally called me to tell me about the huge Jim Click TCC event last week and told me to come down to take advantage of the big deals. Well, I am glad I did! He worked with me as I am a tough customer and I was able to get an amazing Ford F-​150 XTL at my price. I can’t thank Joey and Sergio from finance for working with me. I highly recommend Ford for not only their products and reputation but there great customer service and follow up as well. This is the one company that was willing to stay in touch and now I am a customer for life. Love my truck…

I’ve been here a couple times just getting a oil change. As far as you car staying a while I would recommend going somewhere else. I had my alternator go bad and under warranty still I brought to jim click and took a week and half to get a new one in. While my car sat at the dealership It encountered pac rats and upon delivery of my car I was told that the pac rats where from my house which is brand new. So I waited to see if it was ended my house and it wasn’t. I was told to bring the car back in to fix the damage upon arrival I was told they where not liable for the damage. Now that that is out of the way I drove my car for a month and the same issue came up bad alternator. I take it back to him click and another week my car sits there now I get it back this time and there’s a scratch down the side of my rocker panel and I was told they were going to fix it and that I would receive a call to schedule the appointment. This was 8 months ago. I’ve left multiple messages and no calls back. I’m completely disgusted with the way things are being ran over there and the way they do there so called repairs… And to make matters worse my alternator was fine they put my subwoofer lead on the alternator power fuse… Let’s just say I will never recommend Jim click to anyone.

Horrible customer service at the service department. Had a part replaced 6 months ago of subpar quality, car broke down, and another shop confirmed this. When I called, they said there was NO WAY they could get it in for 3 days, even though the part takes 1 hour to replace. As someone who prides himself on customer service at their own job, this makes the hall of fame for horrible. The money I’m paying elsewhere is so I never have to go back there again.

I could write a long detail review about my experience at Jim Click Ford on 22nd St., but I’ll make it short. I feel that the techs or at least the one that worked on my car is nothing but a parts changer. I was first told that I need an engine computer to fix my car for $ 1050.00. Then a few days later I got another call and was told I also need an instrument cluster and the new total would be $ 1500.00. I finely got the call that the car was finished and the new total would be $ 1600.00 because they needed new keys.
I can’t help but feel that there is dishonesty going on, was my engine computer really bad? Maybe the problem was the keys all along. Anyway I don’t think it’s a good practice to try to fix a car one part at a time.

A thank you and a recommendation to Jim Click Ford and Lincoln in Tucson, AZ. My wife Rose Mary found the battery light on our 2014 Ford Escape
as she arrived in Tucson on Sunday night. We found that Jim Click was nearby and she took it in on Monday morning. Got a free rental and was on her way in a very short time. At first the quote was around $ 350 which would include a new alternator and battery and labor. I have extended warranty but the car only has 44,000 miles. Two days later (part had to be ordered) she picked it up. Total bill $ 155.17 for a new 84 month warranty battery and installation. New alternator and labor no cost. I was fully prepared to pay a $ 100 deductible and misc fees but they took care of it all as it must have been under original warranty. Thank You Jim Click and your service Rep Ryan La Blue.

Came in for scheduled oil change on my 2013 Ford C-​Max. Also had some warranty issues that needed to be addressed. The service team called me later that same day to tell me that the parts would take several days to arrive and asked if I wanted to pick the car up and bring it back while the parts were in transit or would I like to leave it with them. I chose to leave it at the dealership. I was called 3 days later and was told that the oil change and all repairs were completed. Service dept is open until 7PM which makes it convenient for pick up. Car was washed and all repairs done as requested. It is always a pleasure woking with the Click service department. Actually better than with Mercedes Benz which is also good.

* Service staff, excellent and thorough… easy check in, especially if you have an appointment
* Waiting area — fantastic, they have nice wall mounted TV if you feel like zoning out on the news or whatever they have on; separate play area for kids and a quiet room for grown ups. Super comfortable seating all over. Also complimentary water bottles and coffee PLUS a full espresso/​coffee bar with food if you don’t mind splurging.
My favorite thing when I bring my vehicle in for maintenance is this guy whose sole job is to «work the room». He makes sure that every customer has been taken care of, checked on and has not been waiting long. I am not sure what his name is but he has been there the last three times I have and he is super fab!

We couldn’t be happier with the staff of Jim Click Ford and our pleasant buying experience. No hassles. The Sales General Manager appraised our trade at the beginning of the process and provided a value before we even started to discuss purchase price. Our saleperson was knowlegeable about current inventory and vehicle features. He worked with us over a period of several days to close a deal that we were comfortable with. The Finance manager didn’t pressure us to purchase add-​ons we didn’t need or want. The price we paid for our new vehicle and the value of our trade was very competitive. I had a good experience here although I did not purchase a vehicle from them, I couldn’t get my payments where I wanted them but the staff tried to accommodate me and for the most part almost did. I would recommend that if your in a good position to buy a vehicle to go here. I worked with Daniel and he still contacts me about vehicles that may work better for me. Who knows, maybe I’ll end up purchasing from them after all :)

This was first service on my Fusion Hybrid @ 10,000 miles. It was suppose to just be just an oil change (lifetime service included in original purchase). But there were 2 recall notices so I had them do that too under warranty. It was suppose to take a couple of hours. After about 1 and a half hours I finally got a ride home. To be fair they replaced the fuel pump and re-​calibrated the PCM, not a quick procedure. Also I glad them fix a couple of moldings that were coming off.
After 5 hours, I got a call it was done. I checked out no charge. As i walked up to the car, I noticed the front molding was hanging. It was not like that when I came in.
I showed the service manager and he took it in the back to fix it.
I had a mixed experience. I wonder how it will go next service update.

Service here was fantastic and the people were so friendly! The lunch was great in their café while we waiting and the internet is tv with football games kept is entertained and happy. I had a fantastic purchasing experiences here. Carlos was outstanding and did a great job finding me the exact Ford Edge that I was looking for. He search and got it from another one of their locations. He worked with my price range, made it happen, was easy to communicate with — (He works with the internet customers, so we were able to email back and forth which works best for me!) I would definitly go back. I never thought I would love any car as much as my BMW I had, but I havent missed it much since getting into my new car!
