I am completely disappointed and disgusted at the horrible service that was given to my friends and myself. We showed up around 7:00 to be seated at 7:15 which is fine. But the fact that we were seated and not provided any other service for 45 minutes is unacceptable! Other customers that came after were serviced right away while we sat and Waited. After we decided to leave. We notified management and rather than apologizing or reassuring us that we would be helped she gave us excuses about the staffing issue. That’s not a valid answer when others were already being serviced when we arrived before they had. I will not be returning until Hooters Co. Teaches their staffing Something about Customer service!

Raw chicken. Manager tried to convince me that bright pink chicken was cooked. He refused to take it back. The ditzy waitress rolled her eyes when I told her it was uncooked. Overpriced. Rude brainless staff. Bad experience

Ok, please check my other reviews, I’m a big fan of hooters. This hooters right here, right here, is awful. It’s old, musty and the entire kitchen staff looked like they had one chromosome between them. I ordered 10 medium breaded with blue cheese. No more than 1 minute later, they arrive which was a red flag. They don’t look anything like hooters wings. They look like wing shaped egg rolls with clumpy sauce. The breading is burned and super crispy but cold and the inside was even colder. I send these back immediately because this has to be a mistake. Bartender apologizes, says it’ll be 5 minutes for some fresh ones. 5 minutes go by, and here comes another plate of egg roll shaped wings. They were fresh at lease. I was able to eat 4⁄10 before being totally grossed out. Bartender offered to have them make anything else for me. Fuck that. I don’t want shit else from those mouth breathers. Only bright spot, the bartender was very nice. She seemed to know she was working with a bunch of idiots. Don’t know when I’ll be back in Tuscon, but I know I’ll never set foot in here again.

I have given this particular location two tries, and both have been exactly the same. The first time, I had the proverbial wings. They were dry and just flavorless. The service is actually worse than the food. Just to get someone to actually come and take an order took 15 mins, I was only patient because I had a good conversation going with my buddy. The second time, I sat outside, and they even greeted us. No when ever came out to take our order, and we left. NEVER coming back to this place. I don’t give two f’s about their«eye candy servers.»

I love hooters and frequent them when I am on the road to watch the Bears lose. But this one was nowhere near the standard I am used to. Went there last night. Service was awful. Sat there for 25 minutes trying to wave down someone to get my check. They were all just sitting down talking to customers. When I called for my waitress she told me to wait a minute and sounded annoyed. She then sat behind the counter putting on makeup for ten minutes. Not to mention I have been sick to my stomach all day today. I will keep going to hooters. But never to this one again.

I had the fried pickles and the boneless wings in hot. I chose to go to hooters because I’ve been trying to find some really good fried pickles here in tucson. My search continues. The wings were satisfactory. NOthing special. Good quality meat. Hot is not hot at all. They needed more syrup in the fountain for the lemonade. The fried pickles were entirely too thin to have a taste of anything other than a hint of pickle and a whole lot of batter. Probably my second hated fried pickles out here in tucson. I still have an after taste in my mouth as I write this. But they were only five bucks for a whole lot so I’ll give them that lol. I came in the middle of the day by myself. Took longer than usual to come to me even though I was one of two in the place. I was eating alone(im serious about finding some fried pickles) and the girls were kind of looking at me sideways the whole time. Like I didn’t belong. Financially worth it I guess. But the food wasn’t.

So I have been here 3 times in the last year, and I don’t really have anything bad to say about them. Of course, the servers are all attractive but also attentive — I haven’t had a bad server any of my visits. They make honest recommendations and are great on refills, as Nina was today. The sweet iced tea is decent, about the same quality as McDonald’s — nothing to rave about, but I’ve had worse. I’ve had the shrimp po boy, which has a spicy remoulade, lettuce and tomato on a hoagie sandwich — tasty and filling. The cole slaw is good, especially at only .99 cents. Today, my son and I shared 20 shrimp tossed in 2 different wing sauces. We chose hot and Daytona Beach — they were both good, but the Daytona Beach were the show stopper(basically like a spicy BBQ sauce — really tasty). The place is overall clean, I like the atmosphere, and it’s always comfortable in there. I would recommend them, and if you haven’t been there in a long time, you may want to give them another chance.

I had made a previous review of this that was old. My latest visit in Jan. 2014 was delightful! I went with a female friend who wanted wings and was cool checking out hooters with me(literally, as we commented all afternoon on the various waitresses). Our server, who indeed has nice hooters, was delightful and friendly. We had a delicious meal of wings(sooooo good!) and chowed down– I had a grilled fish sandwich with curly fries. Our tea was filled constantly. It was pleasant, and nice. The price is a bit steep. Between us, we paid $ 24 each, plus tip. Ouch! Come for happy hour for sure!

I only go on their wing night when it’s endless wind, but due to the crowd that it brings in th servers are a hit or miss… Cross your fingers that you get one who isn’t terribly busy or forgetful.

Of course we know why most go here, it is for the view. The staff is always friendly. But regardless of the«view», the wings are good too. Today I got a salad and some naked Daytona Wings. The salad was fresh. The Daytona wings are tossed in a sweet sauce and put on the grill for a bit after being otherwise cooked. I have had them before and they were tasty. Today though, some of them were charred a bit too much for my liking.

Myself and 3 other coworkers went to enjoy the all you can eat wings for lunch yesterday. This morning, all 4 of us were sick with stomach/intestinal issues. We ate Wings with various sauces including Three Mile Island, 911, Spicy Garlic, Parmesan Garlic, and Hot. The one we all had in common was Three Mile Island. I recommend staying away from the food. Stick to the alcohol if you must go there.

The first time I went to this Hooters – the staff took too long to seat my party of 5, so we left. I gave this place a second try and phoned in an order of wings. Not only did they fail to put the correct number of wings in the box(10 — how hard is it?), they had me wait while they cooked the remaining wings and they didn’t even include the complimentary celery and carrots. All in all – the wings were.“aiiiiight,” but after eating them I felt as though I should have just made a sandwich at home. P. S. The girls aren’t a reason to go.

Hooters is hooters. Good food and cold drinks. The service can be a bit slow, so this is really the type of place to hang out and catch a game. Don’t be expecting to get in & out real quickly.

Stopped by on a Sunday night as a last resort since I was craving wings and the first two places I found on Unilocal were closed. I came in around 9:30 and it was completely empty. Ordered 10 naked medium-spiced wings to go and, when I saw they had hot dogs on the menu, spontaneously got 1 plain hot dog as well. Well, that was a mistake because when the girl gave me my check, I realized that she had charged me for the full Chili Dog Meal with fries. Total before tip for 10 wings + hot dog + fries = $ 20.50…absurd. Now on to flavor: * Wings: easily the worst I’ve ever had… basically tasting like pan-fried chicken wings dipped in cooking oil with a few drops of hot sauce. I’m not joking when I say that the wings were so greasy that the sauce couldn’t stick on it at all so they turned out even milder(aka bland) in flavor than«mild» flavor wings from anywhere else. * Hot dog: over-steamed and disgusting. if you like soggy cardboard wrapped in rubber band, then you’ll love this. * Fries: no idea. I was sick to my stomach before I could try even one fry. I’ll also say that I have nothing against Hooter’s and have had their wings on more than a handful of occasions from different locations. but this is by far the worst food I’ve had in a looong time. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
