Meet the Business Owner
Karol and Ivan E.
Business Owner
Karol Gugino opened Elements twenty years ago in her neighbor’s garage. She felt it would be a great way to see her friends, share a glass of wine and shop. It was only a matter of months before she realized the store was going to be a success and she needed a brick and mortar location. Her goal was to have items that are exclusive and hard to find.
Fifteen years ago, Ivan Escobell opened his design studio and began his career in interior design, remodels and new construction. After opening his studio, Ivan became Tucson’s premier interior designer. He has not only designed homes in Tucson, but has also designed interiors for clients in Seattle, California and Dallas.
The reason Ivan and Karol work so well in business together is they both believe that it is never about the sale but more about the relationship with the people that walk through the door.
