Crate & Barrel

I have been traveling from Sierra Vista to this Crate and Barrel for a few years and the prices are equal to what you get. Everything is well built and the service is amazing. Mary F has completely taken care of us. From the mundane (defective item) to the exotic (need 5 feet of matching thread to repair a rip; lost 3 plastic thingies — amazingly she knew what this was), Mary has fulfilled all of my crazy requests with good humor and perfect results. As I said before, you get what you pay for — a little more mkney for a much better product and fantastic service. It isn’t «can you afford it?» it is «can you afford not to?»

I love everything about Crate and Barrel. Years ago I used them for my wedding registry and have built my home on their classic style products. The service is friendly and quick, the store is clean, and the quality is excellent!

Do NOT buy furniture from this place. If you do make sure to read all the information yourself! DO NOT TRUST what the store employees or the manager tells you because they are just out there to sell you on the quality of their furniture or customer service which they have NONE of! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Curious about my experience let me know! Be glad to tell you about how horrible their furnitures and customer services are!

I Create and Barrel. They have lots of home goods. My wife got me one of their tables a few years ago and we love it. It has held up great. Like Williams & Sonoma, they have lots of kitchen gadgets and appliances, but slightly cheaper. The employees are always friendly no matter if I am wearing my motorcycle gear or if I am wearing regular street clothes.

I love high end kitchen and dining products, and Crate and Barrel always delivers, but not necessarily always at the high-​end prices. There is usually something on sale, which is what I always go for. The employees are warm, friendly, and service is fast.

Love this store. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting. Excellent marketing strategy because I just want to take the store home. It’s rare that I leave empty handed.

While I am a big fan of all crate and barrel’s I really love this location. They have a great layout, large selection of items, and friendly sales associates.

I can’t believe that I haven’t reviewed Crate & Barrel! I love housewares so this is one of my favorite stores. All of our tableware, bar glasses and many of our kitchen gadgets are purchased here. As Isabella wrote, the Christmas ornaments are fantastic. Each year we buy a special ornament for the tree which symbolizes something special from that year. We can always find the perfect ornament at Crate & Barrel. The clerks are always very helpful and friendly which is a definite plus. As stated, one of my all time favorite places to shop. BTW, our ornament this year was a martini glass to symbolize my becoming an Elite!

When thinking about big name home goods/​furnishing stores I think of Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel and Williams Sonoma. I’ve shopped at all three and have come to the conclusion that Crate and Barrel is just right for me. My style is more contemporary and minimalist, which is why I’m drawn to this store in general. But putting that aside, it seems like almost everything here is priced just right! When it comes to tableware and flatware needs this is my first stop. And of course, their seasonal décor is fabulous. I come here more during the holidays to stock up on their awesome Christmas Tree ornaments! Overall the quality is solid and it’s money well spent.

Crate and Barrel employee, Diane Allen… Thank you SO MUCH for your attention to detail when inputting the information for the order I placed with you. Even though I gave you the correct shipping, billing address and phone number, you were only able to get the billing address correct.
Your mistake meant I needed to make two phone calls to the store to find out where my order was and my order was six days late.
Could be that since I had the audacity to bother you as you stood in the furniture department, your attention to detail was in direct correlation to the dollar amount of my order…$ 70 vs $ 700.

I leave the home décor stuff to my wife and she leaves the cooking to me. Between the rows of dishware, home décor items and kitchen gadgets we can always find what we are looking for at Crate and Barrel.
She loves their seasonal items and can’t leave the store without finding something to spruce up our house. I like their selection of kitchen gadgets and glassware.
If we were ever to have a yard sale, I think the stuff we have bought from Crate and Barrel would probably get it’s own table.

I’m a fan a fan I am. Whenever I walk into CB… I’m met with a rush of emotions. They are usually seasonal in nature, ie: during winter the cinnamon scented store brings back memories of working in Old Orchard mall at the Banana Republic that was just across the way from Crate & Barrel back home. And during this time of year, there’s a nervous anticipation as the place gets decked out with bright colors, beach towels and patio furniture. Way back when I applied for a job thinking maybe I could tap into the sweet discount, nothing ever came of that, but I love paying full price. Well I love that they have kitchen tools I can’t find anywhere else, I don’t know about the whole in love will full price payment system.

I seriously love Crate & Barrel! I love coming here and browsing the store for things that I want to buy. I love their colors, and their contemporary, yet minimalistic style. I love their tables, their patio furniture, their dramatic displays, their patterned bed spreads, and I love everything about the way they somehow seamlessly put home items together in a way that just, well… FLOWS!
I’ve bought a lot of glasses here, and some serving bowls and pans too. They are in my opinion a good value, and all their items hold up well. I wish I could say I’ve bought a lot of furniture here, but I haven’t– YET… I want to, and I probably will within the next six months when we are ready to get a new sofa at our house. I’m pretty sure that this is the place we’ll end up getting it.
The location at La Encantada is quite high profile, and in my opinion, they are the flagship store. We are lucky to finally have them in Tucson! I’m a frequent shopper at Crate and Barrel and I have to say that I have no intentions of changing that!
This particular store has a great staff. When I bought my dishes and glassware here, the woman at the checkout was nice and packaged everything very carefully.
I also bought some upholstery fabric here and the man who helped me was great. I was able to take several samples home (for free) to see what I really liked. When I decided and ordered, he called and kept me posted on the status. (Also, the fabric is made in the USA, mine shipped from my home state of NC!)
It’s a great store, they have everything I could need plus the service to help me find just the right thing.

Crate and Barrel is a fantastic place. I do love their décor and such but I’d have to agree that it is a little pricey. I purchased some dinnerware that I absolutely love– totally worth the money, too!

I really do love Crate & Barrel even though the only items I’ve ever bought here have been on sale. This is one of the few stores that I could walk around in and want pretty much every thing in it. I always sort of make a registry in my mind and think things like «I’ll take that and two of those and some of that and that too.…»
What I really love is that even if you come in here and not buy anything, you definitely leave with some decorating ideas in mind.
