The staff here doesn’t give a shit about you so I’m not going to care about writing a long review. I would avoid this location. The people here don’t want to be here and they roll their eyes at each guest. if you hate it so much, why do you even work here? The door says they open at 6:30 each morning. I showed up last Tuesday at 6:53AM to find the doors locked and no one behind the counter! I like Dunkin’ Donuts but this place seriously sucks!

Never had a good experience here. You can easily tell that the staff hate their jobs. Every staff member has RBF. They are rude to all customers, especially students. Came here on national donut day with extremely low expectations. I didn’t think my expectations could get any lower until they lady at the counter stood there for a while and didn’t bother telling us they were out of donuts.

Went here once as a student and the service was awful! I stood around for about 5 mins and then once someone came out of the back they completely ignored me until I said something to them first. I went back a year or two later and nothing changed. The staff won’t talk to you unless you talk to them first. Too bad cause I like their donuts.

I go in here regularly for coffee and then I get an array of doughnuts, muffins, and bagels every month for my staff meetings. The staff here is the only reason they don’t get 5 stars, they never smile and often look like they want to hurt you. But having said that, if you ever go when it’s really busy like Mon-Fri for coffee or breakfast, the staff hustles and gets you in and out as fast as they can which I like, because most of the customers have class and work to go to. They didn’t used to have ice cream cake at this location but now they do which is a major game changer for me. They also have a pretty big selection of flavored doughnuts, bagels, and muffins. This place definitely gets the job done for you weekly caffeine/sweet/breakfast fix!

This place is good because you get in & out! However, the staff here is not friendly ATALL! I come here at least once a week and they always seem to be having a bad day. There’s one lady that works here that is just absolutely rude to me. I don’t know what it is but she seems annoyed at all times! Customer service = horrible

The staff here seems to be permanently bored, not very enthusiastic or friendly. Then again, it’s cheap, so what can you expect? What’s good about this place is that it is never really busy. Whenever I come here, there is at most one person in front of me. So this is a good place to go to if you are in a hurry. There are a couple of tables and chairs but it is a small place, so sitting down and eating there is not the most attractive option. It is mostly for getting something to go. Besides donuts, they also have hash browns, ice cream(hand scooped as well as packaged), and soda.

Can’t believe no one has reviewed this place yet. We stopped by here over two years ago. We’re back in AZ so it was great to stop here again. Nice clean place, quick service and great coffee!

So When having a breakfast for 140 people or so, the quintessential breakfast of Americans nation wide is donuts. A time honored tradition harkening back to day of the invention of the coffee urn, and the silver plated platter, donuts have been here I believe they have gotten a bad rap, much like ABBA everyone loves the deep fried goodness of a donut, even it is a secret guilty pleasure for most. I am proud to say I love them, and Dunkin has a decent cup of coffee(I have searched them out world wide to get a cup of Joe). You would think in this time of the net it would be easy to spend money ordering 12 dozen donut’s, and a bunch of coffee. It was not easy, far from it, many phone calls to a different location, to get the order, to confirm the order, to the manger not even knowing about the order, I did finally get my order, not exactly service with a smile but I got it. I will probably not go to this much trouble again to get donuts, I would if they made it easier to spend my money. This summer though from the end of May to somewhere in July, I will be searching out Dunkin’ in Sumatra, to get that cup of Joe I need.

Who doesn’t like Dunkin’ Donuts? I haven’t been able to have Dunkin’ Donuts since I lived in Massachusetts. It’s sort of a New England staple and I’ve missed it dearly. I was visiting my brother at UA last week and found out they had one next to campus. We decided to stop by for breakfast and it did not disappoint. I went with my usual of 2 Boston Kreme donuts and they were delectable. Those and the glazed chocolate donuts are the best ones to get at Dunkin’. I was really happy to get a chance to have it again. Their location across from campus also makes it ideal. Those that haven’t tried it don’t know what their missing.
