Absolutely horrible experience with this office for a solid year and a half. Miscommunication, lack of empathy or human connectedness from the office staff. My doctor left the office to move to a practice in CA and I was not once notified and showed up for a pre scheduled appt with her and was told she had left 6 months prior. No letter, no call AND my appt with her was still on their calendar. I had to wait a full hour to get ‘squeezed in’ with a different GYN. I had an in office procedure done that was terrifying with no pre-​op explanation of expectations. Do not go here!
