These days it is hard to find anyone that offers friendly customer service. I never get a happy employee here. Avoid if you can.

Location is everything and this one in particular doesn’t always feel the safest. It’s not in my neighborhood, so that could factor into why I don’t feel too secure at this one. I don’t really use this one unless I have to. Although the staff are all Super friendly and always very helpful.

Used this CVS for years when I lived in the area. Let me tell you – it’s got some crazy locals that shop there at night. And not late night, more like when the sun is setting. Was in the area earlier this week and figured I’d swing by for a flu shot and tetanus booster. Since they do not have a Minute Clinic, they could not administer both shots, so off I went to find a Minute Clinic. Noticed multiple cop cars parked at the entrance off Alvernon, with police talking to a seated woman on the curb there. Nice to know some things never change… ah 5th and Alvernon… the memories!

The freaks come out at night, but the cast of characters that frequent this particular CVS location are always in full effect. This place is rough around the edges — it’s etch-a –sketch, I’m telling you. Straight up shady. You never know just who’s going to walk in, or what state of inebriation they’ll be in. I’m always looking behind my back when I’m here, catching a peep at the security camera. The questionable clientele certainly keep things interesting for me. Maybe that’s why I like it so much. I never know what I’m going to encounter here, and after all, variety — the good, the bad and the ugly — is the spice of life. Keep flying that freak flag high my friends, I’ll be back, with my CVS Extra Care coupons of course.
