Do yourself a favor, skip this place! Cold breakfast sandwich with eggshells in it isn’t worth my 7 bucks!

Do not order here if you are in a hurry. Took 15 min to make a breakfast wrap and there are only 2 customers…

Went to Cheeburger Cheeburger and told no Cheeseburgers! No burgers at all! Employees all sitting around at 6pm but they cleaned up already so they won’t cook anything for customers! Ridiculous! I’d hate to be the owner of this establishment with employees that refuse to serve customers!

Consistently slow service. Low quality food. Unfortunately the restaurant is part of a group of 3 – 4 with the same poor employees. They have a monopoly in the terminal. It would be great to replace this with better restaurants…

My 15th time traveling thru here, finally decided to try Cheeburger… hmmm. Fries were good. Took them 3 times to finally understand how I wanted my burger. What was ordered as Classic American Cheese, Lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle came out as American cheese, onion, tomato and mayo… huh? Spent 5 min trying to articulate for them, which turned into a small scene as I began to get frustrated. They need help with their listening skills clearly. After all that, the burger was just OK, lacked seasoning… ugh.

Disappointment! Tried to order lunch(due to the time difference from east coast to S. AZ) and was told they weren’t serving lunch yet. Seriously, I didn’t need breakfast again.

I ordered cheese fries to compliment my Cuban sandwich from boars head. Don’t do it. The fries ok bland and the larger pieces weren’t crisp. The cheese is a small cup of yellow water. At $ 7 for the cheese fries, I’d stick with chips from the vending machine.

Very very slow. Took 20 minutes for burger. Burger was ok. Service — rude. Snotty girl with black hair. Chefs are amateurs. Don’t order if you need to catch a flight.

Two stars are only for the nice cashier. Otherwise the fries were soggy, the onion rings had grease dripping off of them and the burger patty was overcooked and dry. We were on our way home and walked around to find a place for lunch. My husband saw the long line for this place and decided that he can’t go wrong with this place. He got the cheese burger and my son got the regular hamburger. The patty was over cooked and dry so he’s glad that Heinz invented ketchup. They order the ½ fries and ½ onion rings and the fries were limp and soggy like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while and the onion rings looked like they were marinated in grease before it hit the low temperature deep fryer. So we will do our best to avoid airport food at all cost.

Should have known better based upon the name alone but did not heed my intuition. I know it’s airport food but at least season the ground beef. I flew away sad that I hadn’t the time to grab one last epic burrito in south Tucson on way to airport

Really glad I didn’t read the reviews before or would have missed out on the awesome cheeseburger I just had here. I was greeted promptly by a friendly counter lady who was helpful and fast. My order was exactly what I asked for and prepared quickly and it was excellent.

Lol, this place is a bit of a joke. I mean there are far too many negatives to accurately describe this location. It’s unfortunate because they are in an airport… An airport location automatically means that customers will come to them because there really aren’t many other things to eat in terminal A and hey let’s face it, everyone loves a cheeseburger w fries! Regardless this place is extremely poorly managed and they really lack the fundamentals that it takes to run a successful business. The service stinks, the quality is bad, the taste is subpar and the overall experience deserves 1 star or less(burger = terrible, fries = soggy and thrown out)… Honestly, I would recommend eating on your way to the airport or as you leave the airport and respectfully omit cheeburger cheeburger from your dining plans. Pros– None Cons– Taste Service Quality Cleanliness Greasy Soggy fries Incompetent Workers would rather talk then help customers Poorly managed Price

I don’t even want to give them a single star, bc they are that bad. They have a terrible service. employees are not working at all; they are chatting at aloud even though they are paid by this. I paid $ 8 for 4 thin crappy chicken nuggets. I’m so frustrated and I strongly recommend people to not buy there.

Love the food here. Sure service can be a little hit and mis, but the quality of food and variety of toppings are excellent! Too bad their only Tucson location is at the airport on concourse A(Southwest, etc.) If you are leaving on concourse B, you are permitted to go through security in Concourse A if you want, buy your burger, and go through security on concourse B to get to your gate. If you go with the veggie burger, sometimes the staff does not know it’s available because its not on their menu. If you run into any trouble, ask for Don. He’s the manager of the concourse restaurants and is very helpful.

POORSERVICEBADATTITUDEANDNOFLAVOR… No way to run a burger shop! Run by a bunch of kids playing on their iPhones, giving attitude to customers who interfere with their cell phone conversations, and making faces behind customers backs! Under cooked fries, flavorless burger and rings. Won’t spend $ 8 on a burger their again even if I’m starving! Do yourself a favor, Eat at another stand at the airport. And PS– some white people do speak Spanish too! Owner called and addressed issues of his staff. I am satisfied that this will not occur again.
