I believe I would find another RV repair company. B&C has installed aux. batteries for me twice. First time no problem. Second time the installation left the pos. cable rubbing against the frame and it shorted out. I fixed that myself. Later the negative cable came loose at the post and I couldn’t get to it. I explained the installation problems to B&C but they still insisted on charging me, over my objections, to fix things from their faulty installation.

Took my coach in for damage from pack rats. The techs found the problems quickly repaired them and charged a fair amount for the time they invested. I will always take my coach to B and C. They are real pros and can fix anything on an RV.
