History

Established in 2012.

Smoke Rise Agents Team was established to deliver a different level of service through the combined skills, talents and expertise of Dianne Dougherty, Mike Dougherty and Pat Soltys.

We merged the real estate practices of Phoenix Rising (aka The Dougherty Duo) and Soltys, Inc. to create the partnership called Smoke Rise Agents Team. Other business activities of these companies are not merged.

Pat is dual licensed as the broker of Soltys, Inc. and associate broker for Realty Associates of Atlanta and serves as the listing agent.

Mike & Dianne serve as the buyers agents on the team. This means that the agency relationships are always separate and distinct without compromise.

All business for the team is transacted through Realty Associates of Atlanta.

Pat S.

Business Owner

Pat brings 35 years experience in the industry. She is the point person for listings and marketing. She has a long history as a top producer working in several states. Her skills in business and real estate expertise led her to consulting in the industry with a client base that included all major franchisors and many large independent companies. This kept her close to the best practices of the business on a wider scale than probably just about any other agent or broker.

She has written books, articles and many publications as well as training for the industry. As the owner of Soltys, Inc. Consulting, it is easy to find Pat and her works on the Internet.
