While my car was in the shop for repairs I was forced to take a taxi back and forth to work and I noticed a common theme poor customer service from the companies I used. I decided to open my own company with a focus on customer service and value for the passengers time and safety.

I had to make an emergency weekend trip to the Atlanta area over 9÷25÷15 to 9÷27÷15. I needed reliable transportation from the Gwinnett County area to the airport on Sunday at 5:30 AM. I am so glad that I found Aaron’s Taxi Service on Unilocal!I called them late Saturday afternoon to book my pick up time for the next day. The gentleman taking my call assured me that picking me up all the way out in Gwinnett County would be fine. On Sunday morning, the driver, David, arrived 10 minutes early, immediately easing my fears of not having a cab to make my flight. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use their service again.

WOW! What a great service they provided! David the driver was awesome from the get go. He was on time and actually 5 mins early ! On top of that, he waited for me extra 10 mins without any hesitation. David was very polite and helpful with the luggage. He gave me a ride at 330am and then went back on the same day at 1030am to pick up my other family members who were on a later flight. Like me, my family loved his services and thought he was great. I highly recommend this taxi service to anyone who is in ATL or Norcross.

We have used Aaron’s taxi service before and had wonderful service. David is so nice and professional, always on time. We recently took our entire family (8 including an infant) with lots of luggage on a trip and needed transportation to the airport. David arranged the transport, picked us up on time and got us there with time to spare. I cannot say enough about this company. We will never use another.

Well you think when you give someone another chance they will do better, shame on me. Called for cab to Turner field and was told we would have a car to accommodate 4 people was sent a small Toyota so we had to set on laps to get there. Never again with this guy

I used Aaron’s to take my friend to the airport the other day, I have a new baby and the flight time was going to be difficult for me to take her. Aaron’s was a good price, about ten dollars more than other places, but I booked them because the driver I spoke with was very friendly and professional. I would rather pay a bit more for great service, which is exactly what I got. He was right on time, too.

I did research prior to choosing Aarons Taxi Service… I am happy to say that I was not disappointed! I was quite impressed in scheduling hours prior from San Francisco to inform them of my arrival at the airport at 12:45 a.m. last night. David was on time, pleasant, professional, and customer service was excellent as he followed up with me once I had landed to make sure I was there! After a long flight from SF and not worrying if my ride was really there gave me relief that I needed. I highly recommend as my experience with Aarons Taxi is affordable, friendly, and professional… in my book I would choose them again!

Before using Aaron’s Taxi Service, I’d never ridden in a taxi before. I took a chance on Aaron’s based on the 2 reviews before mine and I’m very glad that I chose this company. I called in advance and arranged a pickup «appointment.» The projected price from Old Norcross Rd. to the Dunwoody MARTA station was $ 25. I got a call the morning of to confirm and my driver, Winston, was there on the dot.
The taxi was clean, comfortable and not at all creepy. At one point, the engine overheated and we had to pull over and call for another cab. Not ten minutes later, I was riding with David, the guy who had arranged my pickup. He got me to the station with time to spare and kept his word on the fare. A few days later, I used them for a return trip and got Winston… And a working car.
I would definitely use this service again. The drivers were reliable, communicative, prompt and honest. For right now, I’m too pleased with them to try anyone else.

As a college student, I’ve had to use many different taxi services over the past 3 years but Aarons has by far been the best of them all. I needed a ride to the airport last week and since I had to leave my dorm by 4AM, I didn’t want to rely on anything too sketchy and decided to call Aarons after reading the reviews on Unilocal.Their service was courteous and extremely considerate from the first phone call to when I was dropped off at the airport. Their rate wasn’t the cheapest but it was still very reasonable. The car was also squeaky clean and the driver, sincerely friendly. I would not hesitate to refer my friends to use this taxi service and plan to use Aarons many more times in the future.

I was using Aaron’s Taxi Service to go the Gwinnett Place Mall from my apartment on pleasant hill and was very pleased! The driver Winston was very friendly and the taxi was dealership clean. There wasn’t a very long wait and plus he even gave me his personal number. Best taxi service in north Atlanta!

I have only used 2 taxi services since I have lived here and Aaron’s taxi service is hands down the best. David came to pick me up on time and was very reasonable in his fare charges. My charge was $ 20 and the last taxi service charged me $ 45. I had to go to the hospital for a platelet transfusion and David stayed in the area so he could give me a ride home. The car was clean and the ride was very pleasant. I would definitely use this taxi service again.
