A family-​owned business since 1968, we specialize in premium Angus Beef and Natural Pork, as well as a variety of sausages, jerky and smoked meats. Our animals are raised naturally and locally at our farm in Aurora, Oregon, without hormones or antibiotics. They are pasture-​raised and fed a 100% vegetarian diet of locally-​grown grass, fruits and vegetables. Our beef is dry-​aged for at least 18 days before processing. At Stroupe Family Farm, it is of utmost importance for us to treat our land, our animals, our community and our customers with respect and care. We strive to raise the best tasting meat you’ve ever had.

History

Established in 1968.

Expanding on the tradition of supplying firewood and landscape supplies that stems back to 1968, the Stroupe Family began selling their locally raised meats in 2009.
