Terrible customer service. I ordered all of the wood I needed for a deck project at a rental property of mine. It was delivered Friday evening and by Sunday we realized that we were short 26 2×4’s that were on the invoice. This left our second story deck without rails.
On Monday morning I found out those were on back order so that is why we didn’t get them. I was never told this during the sales process and was charged for the full load. Stay away from this yard and likely the entire company.

They sell wood. It isn’t complicated. They also sell Simpson ties and fasteners. Pretty much everything you need to build a house, frame in structural bracing or anything else wood wise. The counter guys are friendly, The yard guys are cool too. They even have a lady working in the yard. She is also super nice and drives fork lift better than most people I have met.
