Established in 2008.
Inside Out Portland began in the Lake Grove area of Lake Oswego in 2008. A year later we moved to Tualatin where we have been ever since. Our goal was to create a calm, serene clinic to receive body work and colon hydrotherapy.

Greetings! I’m Brittany Crist, certified colon hydrotherapist at Inside Out Portland in Tualatin, Oregon. I help people who don’t know how much better they can actually feel… people who are uncomfortable, curious or simply being proactive about their health. Colonics create more space in our bodies, release toxins, and help us to move differently in the world.
