Manager Peter and staff are professional and will try to diagnose a problem even when busy. I always come to Speedy locations, this one is my favorite though. Last time I was in, Peter and his crew fixed my minor issue for no charge! Great experience always.

I took the vehicle in for an exhaust leak. Had the vehicle repaired, and when I got in to leave, I could hear the same leak. They were friendly, but wish I would have trusted my gut when they suggested that only one exhaust manifold needed replaced. It was fixed after another day, and this can happen, but I would have expected they figured it out before saying the job was done.

Do not come to this place. The low prices means you get terrible customer service. No, not just terrible customer service, Peter was entirely disrespectful.
I went in for a regular oil change. Accidentally drove off without paying because it was a long day. It happens, but that’s why they have my phone number/​address/​license plate/​everything to safeguard against that. Immediately I get a phone call from Peter and am asked to come back; since I am stressed for time, I offer to give him my credit card number over the phone so that I could save myself and him the travel time. I am met with rudeness and abrasive accusations. I was called a thief!
A thief! The nerve. Mind you, I am a 23 year old girl, well dressed, and a science teacher. I am the farthest thing from a thief. Peter raised his voice, called me a thief, said he already has the cops out for my arrest, and he will not accept my credit card over the phone because I could have very well stolen that too. This all happens in a matter of a few seconds after I pick up the phone. I have never experienced someone jump to such conclusions and lash out with such disrespect to a customer in such a short span of time. I decide to drive back to get this handled.
When I arrive, Peter continues on with his abrasive attitude. At this point, I’m thinking «What the heck, picked up your call, I tried to give you my credit card number, and I even drove back, and you still disrespect me?» I give him a piece of my mind and then try to pay for the oil change, but he goes and doubles the price on me. This is entirely unacceptable. Luckily I only pay for the original price, but I assure you, I am never coming back, even though he tried to bribe me with a free oil change for his unacceptable behavior.
Do not go here. Do not give Peter any of your money. He does not deserve it.

This speedy location needs to learn when to say they aren’t really able to do a job. My check engine light would intermittently go on and off on my 06 pt crusier and the vehicle would start tugging and shut off unpredictably. If you dont think your capable of trouble shooting the diagnostics inform the customer. I paid over 300 dollars to have them run check engine light codes then found nothing and I was told theirs no telling how many more hours of diagnostic labor hours I would have to pay also the 300 dollars of diagnostics couldn’t go toward the price of the repair I decided to stop the bleeding and told them I would take the car to the dealership. The dealership diagnosed it in ine hour for 70.43 and replaced the sensorpkg camshat for 166.38. I have not mentioned the name of the manger in this review out of professional courtesy.

Friend I used to teach with referred me here & I am so glad he did!!! Friendly, quick service, great job and to top it off pricing was more than very fair. Actually I was surprised by the price. I will definitely take my car back here even though I am hoping I don’t need to!

I got a call from this location apologizing for van dyke location and my bad experience there, and just to clear the air, i had an alignment and lower ball joints done at this location, and never had an issue. the only location i had a problem with was van dyke location, the work i had done at this location was performed quickly and professionally.

Fast forward a couple days…
Cory e-​mailed me an apology letter. Whether corporate told him to, or it was in his own will is a question. Either way it takes some character to apologize, and so I commend him for that. At the point I felt it fair to raise the review by 1-​star. I respect the apology, but do note that it does not change the first impression, and also I exerted much energy as a consumer to get it.
