Ivan and his crew were top notch! They didn’t try to up sell you needless items. The cost was more than reasonable and they even vacuumed out the vehicle as part of their service. Additionally, the shop was extremely clean and tidy. I will be back !

These guys are quick, courteous and professional! I appreciate that they weren’t trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff too. Got me in and out of there on my lunch break and even vacuumed the car for me while I waited. I’ll definitely be back and I absolutely recommend this place!

Fair price and quick service. I’m going to try and come here every time I need an oil change. I drove 1500 miles last week so I go get my oil changed frequently. This will be my spot for sure!

First time here. First impression, very clean! The gentlemen are very polite. They ask you what service you’d like, then ask you to exit your vehicle and sit in their tidy little waiting area. They offer to vacuum the inside of your car for free while you wait. I even saw a gentleman cleaning the windshield when we walked off. While we waited someone came in and took our information down on an iPad. Also another gentleman came in and showed us our dirty air filter needed to be changed (we got a basic oil change done). He also mentioned the antifreeze in our vehicle was super low and that who ever did the last oil change was very negligent, even put the wrong air filter in the vehicle. We were very pleased with the service. Car smelled yummy too because they gave us an air freshener with a $ 5 off coupon on it! Also, you can save your receipts and every 7 oil changes you get, the 8th is free! I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve just returned from another great experience at magical touch oil change! This place has wonderful hours and the team of people that work there are always wonderful when you go. I drive a lot of miles and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for routine oil change. The staff here will tell you exactly what your vehicle needs and advise you why but they are never pushy about performing the service that day. And in addition they put a nice smelling air freshener in your, vacuum your car for free, and send you on your way with water, coffee or treats which is a nice touch. Most of all they are professional and friendly and despite the amount of people they must deal with during the day they always appear to recognize me. I would definitely recommend this place they are just off of I 75 N. at Rochester Road and they are always quick and thorough with their service.

I’m always so skeptical getting my oil changed because I know what to look for when it comes to vehicle maintenence. When I called to ask about what they use and so on, they were very patient explaining the details. My mom works on cars and when she called, as busy as they were, they were so polite and patient when speaking to her about everything. I was going to get my own oil and just do it myself but with the service, quality oil they use, and cleaning out the car, it was just better to have them do it for the prices they offer. The guys were gentleman, Making it my new oil change place.

Huge fan. Won’t go anywhere else to get my oil changed. Not high pressure sales and they have a small waiting room for you to kick it and get coffee while you wait the 10 minutes for them to change the oil. Well your waiting they sweep out your car and wash your mats. It’s Awesome.
My girlfriend hates getting her oil changed so I have to go with her. Just got done telling her how awesome this place was. We went there and they were busy. We were in line waiting for 10 mins then some guy cut in front of us. I’m not much of a confrontational person so I was just going to let it be. Ivan saw it and told the guy to move and let us through since we were there first. AWESOME!!!

I’ve been here 3 times. The first time was great. The second time, they left a rag in my engine. The third time, they told me I needed a flush and went ahead and did it when I really didn’t need one since it had only been 6,000 miles since my last oil change. My vehicle is a 2012 so it can last for longer mileage between oil changes. I was expecting to spend $ 25 and spent $ 67. Such a rip off. Just because I’m a young female doesn’t mean I don’t know cars. I work in automotive. No other oil change facility treats me like I’m dumb. I won’t be back.

I agree, the place is aesthetically appealing and of course friendly technicians, but they do try to make money off of you. They said I needed my transmission fluid changed. The shop I used to get an oil change at (until I moved back to Troy), never once mentioned I needed that changed. My uncle who is a ford engineer said that at my mileage (Ford Focus 2009 127k miles) there was no need to touch the fluids cause it will cause more problems. In the long run. All I want is an oil change. Leave me be! This is pretty typical for many oil change places though. I better start learning how to do it myself. Lol.

Amazing service. Clean shop. Quick change. Seriously, what else do you need from an oil change shop? Ok, well, they also have free wifi while you wait, along with a Keurig, water and candy to snack on. They vacuum out your car and leave you with an air freshener.

I rarely write reviews, but needed to take the time to thank Ivan and his crew at Magical Touch.
I’ve driven by several times needing an oil change but not having the time to get it.
The location is clean, waiting room is comfortable but what takes the experience with these guys over the top is their level of engagement with you the customer. They explained the process and made recommendations that 4 previous oil changes had not revealed regarding my engine, transmission and their performance. Competitive prices! Great service!

I agree with most of the other reviewers that the place is clean, appealing and they do a nice service by vacuuming your car while you are waiting. However, they are a typical quick oil change center that tries to sell you every service under the sun that you don’t need. The guy told me that I needed my coolant flushed, but little did he know I just had it done a few weeks prior. I really wish these places would be more honest and stop trying to screw everybody. Women beware as well, they will tell you that you need you engine flushed every time which is a bunch of BS. This is exactly why places like this come and go. Businesses like this would secure more customers by being honest, but I guess some don’t get that concept.

Amazing service!!! Every time I go there they take care of everything I need and quickly. I don’t know much about cars, but I always feel they are very honest and never try to over sell me. BUT today there was an added bonus. I went to get an oil change. My entire dash board has not been working for almost 6 months now. Can’t tell how fast I’m going, can’t tell how much gas etc. I was told I need to replace the computer and that it was going to cost a lot of money from a repair place, and was going to have it fixed this week. Well to my surprise, when I went to go pay go for my oil change, they fixed my dashboard in a matter of like 5 minutes for FREE! Turns out it was just a fuze!!! I can’t tell you how happy this makes me! I have a radio again! Sometimes it’s the little things that make such a HUGE difference. I will not go anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Great service and nice people. Got a basic oil change for 36.03 $ and they vacuumed my car and put in a free air freshener. Much better than uncle eds down the street where they pressure into high price service for things your car may not even need. Also, uncle eds is much more expensive. I highly recommend magical and will most definitely be a regular.
