The staff could’ve been a little bit more friendlier… The cookies were hard as a rock… The candy apples were great. & the oreos dipped in chocolate were yummy!

I have only tried the truffles here. I had never had a truffle before. (For the un-initiated, imagine the most richly-flavored, delicate, mousse-textured chocolate you have ever encountered, encased in a shell of either milk, dark, or white chocolate. Good truffles are pricey, and are worth every penny. They will ruin you for Hershey’s, Dove, Godiva, etc.) I bought some truffles from Rocky Mountain on a whim, for a friend of mine who needed some cheering up. I decided to ask them to «throw in an extra champagne truffle» for me to try. The champagne truffle is covered in white chocolate. I do not like white chocolate. I LOVED this white chocolate. Rocky Mountain champagne truffles are so good that I make it a point to stop and get one if I am going to be anywhere remotely near the Auburn Hills Location. They. Are. So. Good.

Sometimes I think that this place is known more for the gigantic candy apples displayed in the front windows, but they also have some great truffles in the candy counter as well. The caramel apples are too big to eat by yourself! They are dipped in oreo pieces or m and ms, toffee, or peanuts; really, anything you can dip a caramel apple in and make it stick, they have done! The apples are so pretty and festive that I think they would be a great gift for the gluten-free dieter instead of a birthday cake, because you could light the stick and make a wish!

This has to be my favorite place ever to buy chocolate! They are expanding around Detroit metro which makes it even better when I come to town. I love the wide variety of different chocolates they have. I love the chocolate covered Graham crackers the most and the different truffles. They also serve hot apple cider during season at least the one in Ann Arbor does. This place smells breathtaking when you walk in. The place is like a orgasm in a half. If you haven’t got pleasured lately come here haha! Better the Godiva all the way, more selection and tastier chocolate and reasonably priced for a specialty chocolate store.

When I walk into this store, the smell of chocolate is mouth-watering delicious. I love all the variety of chocolates they have. There are bars of chocolate, boxes, and baggies. They sell all sorts of milk, dark, and white chocolate concoctions by the pound. They have chocolate covered fruits, candy, and other goodies. They have fudge. And they have redefined the caramel apple. They have chocolate covered caramel apples. They have oreo crumb covered apples… M&Ms… peanut butter… rocky road… all sorts of creations. Everything is scrumptiously good, and it’s a high quality chocolate, without an excessively high price.
