We have now used Kapalua Floors 2 times. The last ending just a few days ago. 2 years ago Kapalua did our living room, dining room, family room, stairs and upstairs hallway. They did a phenomenal job. When we decided to do our bedrooms we didn’t even consider anyone else.
They were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. The project was finished several days ahead of time. We have been so happy with this company we have referred our neighbors who had their floors done a few weeks before us this summer. I also recently referred another friend.

We used Kapala to redo our bathroom hardwood floor after the toilet leaked and warped the original floor. An employee came out numerous times to check the moisture level on the baseboard to ensure that it was dry enough to lay a new floor.
When it came time to lay the floor, the employee showed up on-​time and ready to work. He was courteous, professional and very respectful of our home. He was knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer our questions.
And I love that it was a low-​voc finish he used. We didn’t get the heavy toxic fumes you usually get with a floor finish. Beautiful.

They did an excellent job. The house is from the 1950’s and the floors look like new now… amazing! They showed up on time during the three day refinish and there was no mess for me to clean-​up. Highly recommended.
