History
Established in 2014.
Chef Todd Uhlir had a vision of gourmet food that everyone should be able to experience at a reasonable price. The concept was created around that aspect of the food being great. He also decided his food needed to be supported by extremely cool atmosphere in which was created by the big city flare of metal and really old wood. A cross between industrial and contemporary.
