Established in 2003.
My husband and I fell in love with Traverse City back in the ’80’s, and knew we wanted to retire here. When the opportunity came along, we grabbed it… we left behind careers and hectic Chicago life and moved to Traverse City. Located on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the country, Lakeshore cottages will take you back to the up north Michigan days of the 1950’s. Additional cabins were moved from a campground to Lakeshore in the 60’s. The last addition of condos were built in 1985. Only 12 beachfront units just seconds from the beach, our family friendly property is private, quaint and charming conveniently located to everything!
