Alex continues to impress with outstanding customer service and knowledge — we just refi and again rates down, payments down, cost fair and serivce was out of the world good.

I was referred to Alex by my Real Estate Agent back in 2008 when I was looking to buy my first home in the Tracy area. Previously I had a very bad experience with a mortgage broker in the San Diego area so I was very hesitant to trust any of them ever again. I must say though, I was very pleased with how professional, yet personable, he was. He took the time to answer any questions we had and did a pretty good job of staying in contact with us throughout the process. A year later we refinanced our home through him as well and he once again Alex did a great job explaining the choices we had and what the resulting outcome would mean. I am completely satisfied with my loan and with Alex’s service.
Recently I referred some friends to Alex for their first home purchase ever and they too say that they had a very good experience with him. I would gladly recommend any of my family or friends to Alex.

I have mixed feelings about working with him.
