Save Tow

I was stranded when my motorcycle broke down. Save towing showed up quickly and was able to get me taken care of promptly. The entire process was done professionally and they really showed they cared about the customer. If you’re ever in the east bay/​Manteca area these guys could get you out of a pinch at a reasonable price. Thanks again save tow!!!

On july 1, 2014 for call# 36 814 I called AAA for a dead battery. They got there exactly when they said they would. David was the responder and he was f**ken amazing told me almost everything literally everything about batteries even the size of the sockets. I could not have had better service. Who ever gives them a low rate is a spoiled prick. Even if they take long. This is not fast food of tows, sometimes they do take a while. Unless your in danger they will not make you the priority, just chill it happens. I’ve waited awhile for them too

We had a flat on the Altamont! Luis arrived super fast, which was so great because– did I mention?- we were on the Altamont!
It was pretty scary, but Luis was very nice and had our car out of there in no time! He even hopped out to check the tire size so we could call the tire shop on the way!

We were stranded on vacation towing our boat. It had blown a tire hub and was unable to move father than the gas station we stopped at. We called AAA (many times) and they were the worst. They had absolutely no idea what to do with a boat and trailer or where to send us to repair the trailer. Lucky for us, Sean was listening and showed up to save the day. Not only was he super fast, courteous, nice, (there are not enough adjectives) he knew the area and used his own i-​phone to locate and call a place that could fix the trailer. He carefully put our boat and trailer on the back of his flat-​bed, and towed it into Tracy from Lathrop. After we got to the location, Sean took the extra time to explain what would happen and point out where we could go for food and any other items we may have needed. I really don’t know what we would have done if Sean had not been there. I am telling all our boating friends as well as family about Save Tow and passing out the number if they ever get stuck in that area.
Sean, thanks again — don’t know what we would have done had you not shown up to save us!

Was stranded when my car’s alternator went out. Josh responded to check out my situation and Sean came to tow my car home. These two were incredibly fast, courteous and gave the best service I could have asked for! They made a bad situation for me very tolerable. Would recommend them to anybody and everybody!
