Absolutely love their hygienists. They have been very professional and thorough. My first time going to this office I was started with a teeth cleaning and was told afterward that the dentist was ill and I had to come in on a different day for my exam. I found it odd, and figured they would have told me in advance if I could not meet with the dentist my first day in the office.
Went back, as thankfully my schedule was flexible that week. Ended up getting fillings later that month or so. Went back for my most recent 6 month cleaning and again did not see the dentist after the cleaning because he was «running behind.» I received my explanation of benefits from my insurance company and my insurance was charged for the prophylactic cleaning AND the dental exam which never happened. I’ll be changing dental offices.

I had another great visit with Dr. Sanchez and his staff. The office is clean, cool, and inviting. Every person on the staff is courteous and efficient. I love that they make eye contact, smile, and is so open to being helpful. Dr. Sanchez is very professional and has a very thorough and efficient check up process that involves more than my teeth! He checks my neck, tongue, cheeks AND my teeth. Finally my hygienist, Megan, was friendly and so careful in her cleaning that I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Awesome staff. Got the latest technology. Clean. Most important, they make their patient feel comfortable.

What a great dentist, staff is great and so helpful. Megan answered all my questions professionally. It took about an hour to get X-​ray and cleaning, the dentist explained everything in a very easy way to understand. I had a few cavities so I will be retuning in a few months and update this review

I’ve been looking for a GOOD and Honest Dentist for quite a while, I am very pleased with Dr. Sanchez he’s been in Tracy for the las 22+ years! He is very kind and professional. The ladies I talk to today were amazing so knowledgeable, professional and helpful they were all smiles! I immediately feel comfortable they explained the treatment I need and the price very reasonable. They have free water and coffee their office is very nice and clean. I highly recommend Dr. Sanchez.

I had a cavity, first one since I had baby teeth, and I was terrified because I remember the dentist having to inject the numbing agent into my gums to work on my teeth when I was little and it really hurt. I was so scared of the pain that I put off going to the dentist for years. Dr. Sanchez was so amazing! He used a numbing cream and waited until it took full effect to begin. I swear I didn’t even feel him stick the needle in. I was waiting for him to start and he was already well into the procedure. He’s so calm and stays positive that it’s hard to be nervous around him. I’ll definitely come back here for my next appointment:)

Just had another great appt at the dentist. Had the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. Tiffiny the hygienist did an amazing job! Dr Sanchez pays special attention to details, including an oral cancer exam that I’ve never had before. This is a great office :)

Best dentist I have ever encountered in my life. I have a deep rooted fear for dentist as many people do and it’s been years since I even had the nerve to go to a dentist found this guy and just change my opinion about dentist all together. Extremely knowledgeable and professional dentist and an equally professional and knowledgeable office staff. Extremely accommodating and working with one’s schedule even in emergency situations. The dentist and hygienist explain everything in detail which is something I have never experienced before in other dentist. I would and have recommended this dentist to several families and friends many who have switched over and related to me equally positive experiences with Dr. Sanchez. If you’re looking for a new dentist look no further this is the man.

Amazing! Amazing staff and doctor. I have had problems in the past with previous doctors and I am truly blessed to have found Dr. Sanchez. I live out of town and still drive an hour just to go to his office. I now have my whole family going and couldn’t imagine it any other way. Melissa and Paula in the front are incredible! Hesitations?? Don’t worry! This incredible staff will take care you! Thank you Dr. Sanchez for everything! !

They say once you find a dentist and dental office you like, stick with them! That’s exactly how I feel about Dr. Sanchez and staff! Paula and Melissa in the front are the best! They are very detailed and know their stuff when it comes down to treatment scheduling, as well as insurance and payment options. They are very flexible and will work with you no matter what your monetary situation is! The hygienists are very gentle and really care about their patients; I’ve never had my teeth feel that clean after leaving a cleaning! Dr. Sanchez is one of a kind! He is very gentle and detail oriented when it comes to treatment. As a new patient he did a very thorough exam and explained in detail what I needed done and how we would go about doing it. He explained everything very well and in terms I could understand! I highly recommend Dr. Sanchez’s office, they’re the best!

Dr Sanchez and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all very caring. They know the meaning of customer service! Dr Sanchez, Paula the office manager, and the hygienist took their time to make me feel very comfortable. They were very gentle when working in my mouth. They explained things thoroughly, and went over different treatment options. I’ve had other dentists that you leave the office with your gums bleeding and your feelings hurt afterwards for a very long time; not these people! The filling he did was perfection! Everyone is very professional and they know what they are doing. I found the best dentist — Dr Sanchez! Even though I don’t live in town; I don’t mind the extra drive to get the best service around. I highly recommend them. BTW the office is beautiful! Free fancy coffee and other beverages while you wait… Very nice!

Although the office of Dr. Sanchez is very accommodating and friendly, Dr. Sanchez is incapable of remedying basic emergencies. I went to see Dr. Sanchez to get a band aid treatment for having the worst pain ever, and I was bounced to another dentist for treatment, who called me later in the day to schedule an appointment the next day. Since the pain was so unbearable, soon after I left Dr. Sanchez’s office at 12:15 PM, I contacted Dr. Devindar Shoker’s office through a friend referral. By 1:30 PM I was in his office, and by 2:30 PM I was out of there with my tooth prepped for root canal because the tooth decay had touched the nerve, and the nerve needed to be killed. The pain was completely gone by the time the local anesthetics wore off. Dr. Shoker assistants did exactly what needed to happen to stop my pain in 30 minutes, and that is what I expected from a capable dentist and his staff. I shared my sentiment and the treatment I received from Dr. Shoker with Dr. Sanchez’s staff, and to my surprise, they were disappointed and shocked for my dissatisfaction. This reaction actually prompted me to write this review because the office is not only incapable of handling such emergencies, but they are also oblivious to the fact that they are incapable.

Staff is great! The office is beautiful and clean and after my cleanings I get a little goodie bag with a tooth brush and floss. Paula is awesome! Dr sanchez knows his work couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you to Dr. Sanchez and his staff!

Have you ever heard of anyone almost dozing off to sleep while the dentist worked on their teeth (2 crowns)??? I have… ME!!! Like many, I’m not a fan of dentist visits. From the start, Dr. Sanchez and company put me at ease. First, the front desk staff, Paula and Melissa are welcoming and friendly. Then, Dr. Sanchez and his assistant Megan were gentle and thorough. I liked how Dr. Sanchez let me know what he’s doing throughout the procedure to keep me informed. The equipment he uses are modern and just plain fancy! Overall, I am very happy with his work. My husband has been going to Dr. Sanchez for the past 12 years and I will continue to do so as well. I also just received a welcome card in the mail today… so nice! Thank you Dr. Sanchez and staff!

I have been coming here for fourteen years, and for all those years I have been happy with this place. The staff are all wonderful and always give me a happy reminder when my appointment comes up. The hygienists are very gentle on my teeth and always keep me informed on what they’re doing. Dr. Sanchez is great, always lets me know what’s going on with my teeth. He also takes the time to talk sports with me as well. If you need a dentist, come here.

Dr. Sanchez and his staff are amazing. They always find a way to work me into their busy office schedule when I have ever had a dental emergency. He is the most patient, friendly and detail oriented dentist I’ve gone to. He explains everything to you before and while performing dental procedures. My family and I have been coming to this office for years and have never had a bad experience. I would and have recommended this office to everyone I know.

We recently moved to the Central Valley and needed a new Dentist. Wow, did we get lucky in finding Dr. Sanchez! We’ve had a lot of dental work in the past, and he and his wonderful, thoughtful, and caring staff are the best out there by far. Very thorough in explaining everything they are and will be doing. It’s a good feel place; if you can consider going to the dentist as a good-​feel experience! They work hard to take the sting out of Dentist visits. If you are iffy about your current dentist, you should give them a try – you won’t be disappointed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sanchez for the past 4 years. He is the most thorough dentist that I have ever been too. He has a very calm demeanor and explains everything as he does his work. My husband is not a fan of needles… I talked him into switching dentists because he does such a great job of numbing you. Seriously, he is that good and very professional. They send out numerous reminders via text and a phone call so you don’t forget. The staff is very sweet and are willing to work with you on payments.
