Last week out AC went out, we had already made an appointment with another AC company who put us a week out. We couldn’t wait and Res Comm could come out that same day! Honest, reasonable and will use them for everything HVAC related!

We’ve had the opportunity to call Brian for two different issues with our AC. In both instances his knowledge of HVAC systems has saved us time and money.
First was an issue with the unit in the attic, which he had repaired within 30 minutes of knocking on our door.
Latest was an issue with the outdoor condenser unit. Again, Brian had the part on his truck and within 30 minutes we were cooling off nicely.
Brian has definitely earned our business for a long time to come!

Yesterday my A/​C went out and I called 4 places and left messages even with 24 hour service. Brian the owner from Res Comm called me before 8:00 AM the next morning and came out. He replaced my capacitor and performed maintenance on my unit and changed the filter. He was prompt, very knowledgable and friendly with exceptional service. His prices were reasonable and the service was GREAT!!! I will be calling him for all my heating and air conditioning needs in the future.
