This place is great. sometimes they over bake the cookies so management should be aware of that as well as the icee machine was not in service and the employee said they won’t fix it. Before the Nestlé representative responds to this post you must first contact this place and solve these issues.

Cindy was an amazing help with the buy 5 get one free offer. Shout out to those oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. She’s one of the sweetest most helpful worker I have met. One of the most pleasant experiences I have had there so far.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this cookie shop. The cookies aren’t as good as I expected. However, the young girl that helped me, Dayanie, was very pleasant. She greeted me with a huge smile asking me how she could help me. I wasn’t sure what cookie I wanted and she made a couple suggestions. I ended up ordering the toffee cookie, which she heated up for me before she thanked me and told me to have a good day. The cookie was just ok, but I appreciate the effort she made. The customer service made up for what the cookies lacked.

I am not going to update my review. I am just going to add this edit. I have been in contact with Nestlé’s customer service representatives since my review, thru Unilocal’s message center. All I get is I am sorry we will get someone to contact you soon, thank you for your patience. I am disgusted at the fact that the employee had long hair and was covered in icing at the ends. This is a unhealthy/​unsanitary issue that needs to be addressed. I will never support this business again.

As i sit here and write my review, my mouth is craving water and something sweet. This isnt in a good way. I ordered the buffalo chkn quesadilla and it is sooooo salty!!! The caramel iced coffee tastes just like coffee and no caramel. Man i wished i wouldve saved my money. The only thing good was the icee. Sheesh.
I forgot to mention how unprofessional one of the employees were. I gave her a 20 she had no change and the other girl said go in her purse and get change. Wtf and she had frosting in her hair when she turned around. She said o im not suprised like wow wtf ur hair goes in frosting all the time. Gross. Glad i didnt buy any cookies.

Cookies were slightly over baked. Wasn’t given all the cookies I ordered. I ordered six cookies but I only got five. The two girls working were WAY too busy talking to their little friends that were as well.

Was semi thrilled? Sorta excited. Dont want to sound to happy about a cookie place opening but I went to one of these in Lake Tahoe and it was so good. Unfortunately, I went about a half hour before this place closed and they were mostly out of everything, cookie wise. Prices are steep too. Had the Trouble cookie. Super

Let me start off by saying that I would have given this place ONE star but the new girl was lost, BUT she was friendly and I can’t really blame her. The cookies tasted really good, BUT, the Manager on duty had really bad attitude. I understand how it can be as a manager, but customers come first. Never have I ever been to a place that serves ice cream and have to wait for my order to be complete AND paid for just to get my ice cream item. The new girl that helped me out let me take it, but when it was too late the manager said that we have to wait but when she had seen that I had already grabbed it and said «oh okay» with an attitude. It was sitting on the counter melting! Why should I pay for a melted ice cream sandwich? Hopefully the next time I come here, if I come here, there is someone else working.

Now open in the center of Valley Mall near Tutti Frutti Yogurt this Bakery /​Coffee place has been in the making for some time now, I swear the ”coming soon” sign has been in the mall for the last 2 years! I guess they wanted to get it up and running in time for Christmas to make the most of those tired and hungry holiday shoppers.
The location is bigger than I expected with lot’s of seating and they serve hot food as well as their well known Cookies. Combos are available like 2 Cookies and a drink for $ 5.99. 6 Cookies are $ 9.95, for someone who bakes their own this seems a little on the expensive side to me but I guess that’s the going rate these days? Staff are friendly and I expect the stand will do pretty well.
