Allstate Insurance: Ronald A Yerian

We live in Albany, just across the bridge from SF, but we’ve used Ronald Yerian as our homeowners insurance agent since we bought our first home. Our Real Estate agent told us that even though he was in Tracy, he was the only insurance agent she’d found who would respond in a timely manner. We’ve always found that to be true. Just today, I emailed Ronald sharing a story about how a friend’s house burned down. Our friend had a couple provisions in his homeowner’s insurance that proved very valuable, and I emailed Ronald to ask if those provisions could be included in our policy. He emailed back that same day that we already had those provisions, and we would be seeing nearly $ 500 in savings in our upcoming renewal of our policy compared with the previous year. I think this is as good and honest as customer service gets, and I strongly recommend Ronald Yerian to anyone in California who needs homeowners insurance.
