Not a honest place, the oil change was 19.99 but came up with shop and tool fees which no one else does that, also in the coupon said free wipers, but did not get that.

They lie about things that need to be serviced but they actually fix the initial issue. Look elsewhere.

Our main concern is finding an HONEST mechanic, right? A mechanic that won’t try to rip us off, or overcharge us, or anything of that nature. My first time was there yesterday and work was done on my car without my authorization to do so. John said he would take a look at it and call back around noon to let me know what the problem was. Instead, he called back and said he already did $ 104 worth of work on my car, which did not fix the problem, then ended up telling me the compressor was not putting out enough psi, therefore, needs to be replaced in order for the AC evacuation and recharge to be effective. I asked him why he went ahead and did the work without talking with me first. He believed that because I told him there was a problem with the AC, and that another shop down the street referred me to him since he had the equipment to check the AC, that what I might need is that kind of service but no one would know without looking at it first. So, he was under the impression that I gave him a «verbal agreement» in going ahead and replacing the Freon and doing an evacuation. I told him that when I dropped my keys off, I did not sign any paperwork with authorization to do any kind of work whatsoever on my car. Even after I read my rights to him that is under the state law, he said he didn’t care. I ended up paying but when Monday comes, I will be contacting the Maryland Attorney’s General’s Consumer’s Protection Division.
