Horrible!
They’re were TWO people in front of me and I was there for an hour and a half. after an hour the «doctor”(doubt that-​probably a nurse practitioner?)
Poked her head out and yelled over «imma gonna be a while» and I asked «how much longer, honestly?“and she replied «don’t know-soon…I’m on the phone with «I.T.»!! (whoever that is) after sitting there for another 20 minutes I left and went across the street to Patient First.(and I was seen by a real doctor within 20 minutes. never again.

I was diagnosed with Influenza type b at this clinic. I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival and had a throat culture done immediately which confirmed the NP’s immediate diagnosis.
I then waited another 15 minutes for a codeine and tamilflu script.
All in all I was out of there in under an hour, and left very satisfied.

I recently needed a place to take my sick daughter. When I arrived at the Minute Clinic and began signing in, I was informed that the provider (only one there) was going on lunch break and that once she got back there were 4 or 5 people that were signed in ahead of me. I was told that it would be a 2 – 3 hour wait.
I found another more efficient place to take my daughter.
