Business Owner
Kevin M. Carr graduated from the University of Baltimore’s School of Law in 2003. He served as a law clerk and Assistant State’s Attorney with the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office for five years, helping victims of crime in Baltimore County obtain justice. During his tenure, Mr. Carr saw first-hand how intimidating and overwhelming the criminal justice system can be to those uneducated or unfamiliar with it. Currently, Mr. Carr practices criminal defense in Towson, Maryland, where he helps individuals protect and enforce their rights. Mr. Carr is experienced in district, circuit, and juvenile courts.
