Business Owner

Charles A. Gilman is the founding member of the law firm. His practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on car accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and abuse, slip and fall accidents, personal injury; as well as other torts and matters involving catastrophic injuries. Mr. Gilman also handles professional malpractice claims against other lawyers and financial advisors.

As a seasoned trial attorney, Mr. Gilman tries approximately forty contested cases per year in the mid-​Atlantic region. Mr. Gilman distinguished himself, when trying one of these cases, when he was lead chair for a catastrophic injury case in Maryland, in which was resolved in excess of five million dollars.

Having successfully litigated cases against multinational businesses resulting in significant recoveries for his clients, Mr. Gilman has represented clients in class action lawsuits and shareholder derivative claims.
