Greeted promptly at the door and seated. Wasn’t until a manager came over and asked us if we had been helped did we see our waitress. Food was great and came out promptly. Fried were hot, and nice presentation. Service wasn’t all that great. Ended up waiting 10 minutes from the time we finished dessert to the time she asked us if we wanted our check. Also we were never asked if we wanted drink refills, and both cups were empty before dessert. Also, between the piped in music and the cooks blaring their music in the kitchen, I couldn’t carry on a conversation.

Eh it’s Hooters nothing special and nothing bad at the same time. The wings are the wings of course. this location is a little more spacious than the other stand alones that I’ve been too before. The«talent» is eh but they are good servers.

If you’re looking to get great wings and a cold beer within five minutes of sitting down at your table then go to Hooters on Joppa! The manager is really cool and lets you change channels by just handing you over the remote. As far as price it’s way better than the GreenTturtle or Batemans, by far!

Myself and my best friend came here for a dinner tonight. Restaurant was empty, host told us we could sit wherever. I’m used to the Hooters at the harbor but this Hooters wasn’t that bad. The Good: –Great waitress –Order was quick, good, and correct –Cheap drinks –Clean atmosphere The Bad: –Clean atmosphere but no atmosphere, nothing unique Overall a nice hole in the wall version of Hooters. Good for some wings and beer!

I ordered the ribs with crab legs and my ribs had dark spots on the meat, never eating here again!

Wings are great but the restaurant itself could be more clean. The girls are always friendly and efficient but some of the«talent» is lacking. A good priced pitcher of beer and a plate of wings is definitely the way to go.

First time I’ve been here for a very long time, Pretty much your typical Hooters. A bit smaller than other places, but it is set up really well with plenty of open space. I noticed a few reviews complained about the TV’s at the bar — but what they don’t mention is the reason for the smaller TV’s. The area behind the bar is part of the kitchen and the current TV’s are attached to the vents. I don’t think its possible for them to have anything bigger there. The other TV’s around the place are large and well placed. So if you are there to watch a sporting even your best option is to get a table. My bartender was very good and I was taking care of very quickly. Enjoyed dinner, watching part of baseball game, and a beer. Overall a good experience. I’ll probably return in the future

It was fight night when I went to this Hooters. Who can resist UFC and Hooters? There was one problem; I was alone. No fiancée, no posse, just me. Well, thanks to the lovely Jessica. I had a great time all by myself. She made it a thing to chat with me since I was alone. Little did she know that I was actually enjoying my solitude, but she was a good semi – companion. Food– the wings were great. Advice, please pay attention to the hot peppers next to the wings listing on the menu. It is accurate, believe me. I also had the sliders; those too were good. All in all, a great night and I can’t wait for the next UFCPPV. As far as what Hooters is REALLY about, well, let’s just say this Hooters is an acquired taste. I for one want complaining, but I could easily see one of my friends complaining. 3 stars only because the food was good and not exemplary.

Literally the worst service to ever exist. Came here on all you can eat wing night and waited an hour for our first round of wings. The waitress kept blaming it on the fact that it was unlimited wing night so the kitchen was backed up, but the restaurant was EMPTY. Ridiculous. Will never come back here again.

The service was absolutely horrendous we waited 25 minutes with 3 different waitresses passing by and looking at us as if we did not exist. We are visiting from New York. We were not asked if we needed something to drink we were not asked if we wanted something to eat not even a Hi in recognition. Apparently a girl named Brittany was suppose to be our waitress and failed to at least acknowledge us. Never again will i come here

Hooters lover. Every time I ttravel try to visit the local one snd this was the closest to my hotel. Small location. I took a place at the bar, bartender Sabina, was really nice. It was a Monday so all you can eat… came hungry. Food was slow, despite not much people, and because of the place I seat, realized that the food was preparing at the moment so always hot. +1 Hooters wings… no Hooters Sauces are unbeatable. Specially Spicy Garlic, you know, that’s why you call them hot wings, if it’s not hot enough it’s not worthy.

I came here for WANGS! They have good wings. No doubt. But this place is a mixed bag of results. Things I Liked: — The food is surprisingly good. I ordered 10 wings, the wifey got some crab legs. The crab legs are a heckuva deal. — The menu has many options, salads included. — Beer. Plenty of it. — Parking is easy. Things I Disliked: — The place is always dirty. The tables are half-wiped and the seats are sticky. I’ve been here a few times to know that this is a consistent issue. — The service is a tad on the slow side, mostly due to understaffing. — The men’s room looks like a better place to hide a body than wash your hands in. Yes, it’s a Hooters. Standards aren’t that Hugh to begin with. But I compare it to the experiences I have at Greene Turtles and Buffalo Wild Wings. Hooters would rank third out of three. The other alternatives are cleaner and have better food(wings included). For Hooters to improve their rating they’d have to run the joint more professionally and commit to everything outside of the kitchen. Better training and an emphasis on cleanliness goes a long way. I guess if you like TNA, Hooters wins out against GT and BWW. If you compare Hooters to the White Marsh«Tilted Kilt», there’s no comparison. Tilted Kilt wins.

The food is always good no matter what Hooters you go to. This one does not serve the whole wing like other Hooters. Both times I’ve been here, it’s been fairly empty. The first time the service was slow which was annoying because there was nobody here. The second time, we received great service. Hooters has the best wings for a chain!

I went to Hooters as it was the only place I was able to find that was playing the Mayweather fight. It is not a large place, the kitchen is diner setup meaning you can see your food being cooked. This is why I gave this place a one star. First the kitchen is open and it was filthy the hot sauce bowls was filthy one bowl of hot sauce had been dripping into the bowl bellow it and none of the cooks cared they would just grab the bowl that was needed and begin mixing the hot wings. Second, they cooked the ground beef on the same burner as the chicken. Third, a cook dropped a stack of plates onto the dirty floor and just picked them up and began reusing them without cleaning them.

If there is a Hooters anywhere near me, I am going to find it, and I did find the Towson location, which was about 20 minutes from my hotel. The building is narrow and long. Probably the smallest Hooters location I’ve ever visited. My Hooters Girl was on point. She was polite and conversational, and of course did her server duties well. I ordered my favorite the buffalo chicken sandwich, which was as flavorful as I expect.

First and last time ill ever go to a hooters. Went with a few friends for happy hour on a monday night. We had a coupon for a free order of wings that expired soon so we decided to use that. Our waitress was the worst, she was very nice but anyone who is that ditzy should not be working as a waitress. I cant even explain it to you, i felt like saying did you understand what we ordered?(Its not like we made it complicated. We ordered wings, a sandwich, a quesadilla and chicken fingers, it doesnt get any easier.) Our free wings didnt come with any sauce that we asked for on them, so we asked for a side of that sauce(yupp she sure did charge us that extra $.89 for the sauce we should have had on our wings in the first place) Amongst other things that happened during our meal i just felt like this place isnt worth anymore of a longer review. I would steer clear.

For someone that usually sits at the bar, I would definitely not recommend it here. This is definitely a low end Hooters with horrendous placement of TV’s for the bar patrons. If you are grabbing a table you’ll enjoy it a bit more as the big screens are directed for the tables and booths. This place just feels more like an Uncle Julios Chicken than a Hooters. They are just begging for a new location or remodeling.
