I came in here after checking out their website, and I asked a buddy of mine who had been here before about the place. I gotta say, it was a very pleasant experience. They had plenty of well priced pieces, and were very straightforward about their loan terms. I think this goes a long way for good customer service. When I’m in need, I’ll pay this place another visit.

Wanted to exchange some jewelry, but between cigarette smoke and old creepy white guy, won’t be back. Seems like if u don’t look desperate or need the cash right now, the workers aren’t even friendly.
What a joke, This place reminds me of a reality T.V. Show. Pathetic Characters that aren’t used to someone with an IQ higher than 2 walking through the door, only difference is that the exception is they don’t have anything for sale worth a crap. I saw some broke down fishing gear and musical instruments that were going for more than retail, along with the the paltry assortment of jewelry that was for sale.
This backwater pawnshop will never be visited by me again, and if u go to visit be prepared to take a time warp back to the 80’s complete with second hand smoke and Crap– Tastic attitudes from old pissed off people, trying to be relevant.

Maybe OK for PPTs on guns but very limited selection and prices are nothing special.
Went in and explained I was a first timer and wanted to ask about long guns and pistols and was quickly dismissed.
No one in the store but no friendly discussion so I would get the picture and maybe want to come back.
If you have no better things to do, great, I will not go back for any of their stuff.

FFL, that’s all I really have to say. If you’re looking to transfer firearms from out of state, something you bought online these are the guys. I’ve used them three times and they didn’t drop the ball once, their prices are the lowest in the South Bay

Update to my previous post. we took the ring to a jeweler that specializes in vintage jewelry, showed them the ring and appraisal & the daughter who is a certified gemologist said the appraisal was very close and accurate and that we got a great deal and was a very nice piece that they would sell in their own shop so we are so much more pleased with this store and the jewelry they sell. They are very honest and sell their jewelry at exceptional prices!!!
