Offering one-​on-​one tutoring in the South Bay. I specialize in all aspects of English including essay writing, SAT, TOEFL, and EIKEN. I also teach social studies, history, government, and study skills. For those English language learners I teach vocabulary building and conversation.

History

Established in 1998.

I actually got started tutoring quite by accident. I was finishing up my paralegal degree when someone I knew needed a fill-​in tutor because she was pregnant. I never thought it would become a career, but 17 years later here I am. I have met so many wonderful families along the way and have had so many amazing experiences. I feel truly blessed to be able to do something worthwhile and fun at the same time.

I grew up in Palos Verdes, and I currently reside «just off the hill» in Torrance. As you can see, I have not strayed too far. I am knowledgeable about both Palos Verdes and Torrance curriculums. Teaching is very rewarding to me, and I am most happy when a student reaches his or her goals.
