We are a husband-and-wife team affiliated with Shorewood Realtors in Redondo Beach, California. Arda, who became a real estate licensee in 1990, joined Shorewood in December of 1991. Carl became a licensee and joined Shorewood in May of 1994. Shorewood Realtors, established in 1969, is the oldest and largest residential brokerage in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County.
