The staff here is super nice. Dr. Khoubian (I think that’s how you spell his name) is pretty great too. However, the ridiculously long wait times make all that go away quick. The appointment was at 4:20. She was not seen till 2 hours later! This is ALWAYS the case. There is NEVER a good time for an appointment (even if they tell you earlier is better) because your wait will usually be an hour+. The people who do the scheduling should pay closer attention to how many people are being scheduled so they don’t over book. Quality is better than quantity. I can’t wait to be done with this office.
