My wife and I had lunch here… Fish & Chips and Tofu chicken stir-fry was fantastic. Service was great in the bar area as we didn’t want wait to be seated and chose a nice table for two on our own. The staff is friendly and service is prompt… I would definitely eat here again when and if in this area at the Mall… Cheers!

Today we thoroughly enjoyed lazy dog. Two of us loved the burgers. Grilled cheese is hard to beat. Chicken Salad sandwich looked great and was enjoyed as was the hummus chicken salad. Cokes were flat which was disappointing. Our waitresses was really nice and took good care of our group.

The boyfriend and I enjoy going here because the food is good and the service is pretty good, most of the time. However the last time we went there we had to repeat our simple appetizer order 3 times and he still brought out the wrong order. I don’t know if it was just his first day or just an off day for him. :/I am giving them 3 stars because their service has been good other times that we have gone there, it was just that one visit that killed it.

Took my wife out for Vday ’16. So good. We had the campfire pot roast, veggie lasagna, sweet potato tatter tots, and of course the Cajun fries. We loved it all. Service was on point. Had left overs to take home all for under $ 50. We will definitely be retuening.

Really good food with good service. We went on a busy Saturday and were able to be seated in 15 minutes. We ordered the grilled chicken cesar salad that had a balsamic reduction that gave it a little extra flavor. The warm chicken focaccia was really good. Definitely recommend both. Our waitress seemed a little distracted but that didn’t take away from the service. Overall this place is a solid choice for a group who wants a variety of foods.

I totally loved it here. I came around christmas time with many others. Even though it was busy because of the holidays, we got a table super fast. The employees were super nice and very helpful suggesting different plates that they felt were of a better choice for us, that was awesome of their part. The employees were so attentive. Apart from the service being awesome, the quality of food was great and the amount of food was perfect. the taste was excellent. I will definitely come here again. BTW the dessert are big and so delicious!!! Tasty too.

My girls night out spot! Mostly come for their happy hour. Their hush puppies and cocktails are to die for! Personally, skip entrees and stick to their apps & drinks. Service fluctuates and wait times are not for those in a rush. But you do get to see adorable dogs on the patio!

This has become one of my daughter’s favorite places. I am sure it has something to do with the build your own sundae for dessert lol. Well I wanted to share how the manager here tonight turned a frustrating situation around. I didn’t catch the manager’s name but he is a man and I have seen him there before. Thank you again! Ok, so tonight my daughter requested Lazy Dog for dinner. We got there a little before 5:30 so it was no waiting. Our server, Shelley stopped by and introduced herself and was very pleasant. Food was good and right when we were almost done, my daughter had to use the restroom. She’s 5 years old so I take her to the restroom and we were there for no more than 5 minutes. When we returned to our table, it was cleared and a new party was sitting there. We stood waiting for our server to finish with one of her tables. I informed her that we were not done with our meal. She apologized, gave me my bill and told me she would let her manager know. Well I happened to run into the manager as I was going to pay my bill. I informed him of what happened. He apologized and offered to replace the items we didn’t finish eating. Not only did he replace the items, he took off my daughter’s meal and gave us dessert. Now that’s what I call customer service. An uncomfortable situation turned good! I will definitely return because of them owning the situation and making it better. It made all the difference. Customer service goes a long way with me especially since I am in that field. Thanks manager in the blue shirt tonight :)

Had Lazy Dog Dinner with my friends before the new year celebration. The food came out relatively fast. I’m not so sure what food I should recommend. But the environment was very group-friendly; there was also a full bar.

This restaurant gave me major food poisoning from eating here for dinner earlier this week. It put me out of commission for 3 days. I ordered the spicy Thai salad and it tasted fine. I ate half the salad and took the rest home to eat later that night. I must have ordered the salad at around 7pm that night and reopened to eat it at around 10pm, but when I opened the box, salad smelled rotten. Not sure why this salad would go bad so fast… Makes me think their ingredients are not fresh. During the same visit, we sent back chicken fingers because they looked completely burnt only for them to bring out another burnt batch… This place used to be good but it’s definitely gone south…

I walked in and the host told me to wait a second and walked away. I figured a table would be ready soon. as I waited, a few more parties walked in and lined up behind the host booth. when the host returned, he started handing out buzzers to them. I figured they had a table for me already and didn’t worry about it. Then I noticed the host standing around and looking around. Then. they seat a party that walked in after me. I figured it was a mix up so I walked over and asked what was going on. they said it will just be a minute and handed me a buzzer. Might I remind you that I was standing right in front the entire time. Then another person who walked in after me got sat! I was so upset, my friend and I went and sat in the bar area instead.(self seating) The décor and overall look of the place is very nice, trendy & clean. Also, our waiter was pretty great! He was very attentive and patient. The food there has been good every time I’ve eaten here as well as the drinks. They also have a nice outdoor seating area with a fireplace and you can even bring your dog!

Whenever we feel like going out Friday evenings, the wife and I like to treat ourselves to a few drinks at Lazy Dog. Our most convenient location to go to is the one outside of the Del Amo area. You can’t miss it driving down the Carson going through the mall. For pet lovers, if you choose to dine outside in the patio area, they’re allowed to join you. Big plus for that! The ambiance is really hustle bustle if you’ve ever been to a Lazy Dog because a huge establishment that gets a mix of ages, yet it caters to families, small groups, big groups, and casual dates. Despite all of this, the wait staff is always on point. Their menu can be quite overwhelming, but if you know what you want, be prepared for big portions! Be sure to get there slightly early for their chicken pot pie. It is enormous, but man, it always hits the spot! If you love casual dining establishments with a great selection of food/drinks, stop by and see what the fuss is about!

Uuuummm Well… Nothing to write home about about. I was excited to try this location based on my great experience at the Lazy Dog in Dublin, Ca. BUT boy was I disappointed! The Chili Verde nachos that we loved so much tasted different and portion size was miniscule compared to the Dublin location. I was very sad about my food here. The Ceasar salad we ordered was drowning in dressing ugh and my margy was only okay! That said, I will not be back.

We came here today with friends of ours for brunch. The Bloody Mary is outstanding. It’s a little spicy but I still loved it. The mimosas and bloody marys are $ 5 during brunch. Not too shabby. They have a menu for dogs which was perfect for our four legged furry child. Everyone’s entrees were great and the dessert was fantastic. I got the chicken and biscuits and my hubby had the carnitas and tater tot hash. We will certainly be back.

A good place for a casual dinner. Very friendly service. I had the Black and Bleu burger cooked medium for sides I had the Cajun fries. The burger had the bold taste of bleu cheese. It didn’t over power the rest of the flavor. The burger was a 7⁄10. Cajun fries were good but had a ton of Cajun seasoning. I’m a tea drinker, so I was happy to hear they have tropical iced tea. Again I must say I was happy with the service. Experience wise I would recommend this over the typical chilis, tgif, outback. lol

This appears to be a relatively new chain that’s starting to pop out in the malls across Cali. Like most chains, it’s ok and fairly priced. Service was friendly and very attentive. Kudos to you, Sasha! Tortilla soup — So-so with good chunks of chicken but soggy chips Chicken pot pie — Huge portion but the crust was a bit soggy and the base was a bit too thick for my liking Mahi Mahi tacos — Decent Pesto Chicken, Hummus salad — What a odd combination! It was like eating 3 different meals all at once! Thankfully, we did not wait too long to be seated…

I haven’t been here for dinner in years, but I was in the area to see the new mall update and checked Lazy Dog out. The seasonal lamb shank dish that was suprisingly amazing. It was falling off the bone as it was that tender and it came with garlic spinach which I love(and don’t come across often in restaurants). Their brunch menu is smaller, but overall the food tasted significantly better. HH takes the win though. They have well specials, beer and cocktail specials plus appetizer deals that do save $. Note that the HH portions are smaller so order a few items to fill you up if you are hungry. Service at the bar and in the restaurant can be slow at times, so be patient! If you have a dog you can bring your pal out to the patio. My friend even ordered her dog chicken and rice which he absolutely loved. Then walk around the new mall afterwards!

One of the few places in the mall(and nearby) that doesn’t have a long wait on the weekends! In terms of service and food quality, pretty good! I honestly can’t say that it’s anything out of the ordinary, but the food is definitely good. I mostly come in a party of 4 or 5, but the recent visit was a party of 12. Even with that many people, we only had to wait 5 – 10 minutes. So far, I’ve order the bacon cheeseburger and the Baja burger. Both are great and comes with a side! I definitely recommend the Cajun fries(extra cost)!

I love coming here to chill on a weekend night on the patio… sipping on wine/beer, hanging out with friends, and spending time with my pups. There aren’t many places that are dog friendly so I really love that about this place. Oh and they do have a dog menu so they eat while you do! The ambience is nice as well. I really don’t come for the food, and I can’t recommend a whole lot but the ahi poke appetizers are amazing!
