I have lived in an apartment, managed by Harbor Property Management for 5 years now. I can honestly say that it has been the best experience in my renting history! The experience I have had in dealing with them has been very pleasurable. Even though they run numerous apartment buildings all over this area, It feels like they know you and you are not just another renter. It’s obvious they’ve studied the whole customer service business model, and GET IT. That is something I have not always experienced in the past. The staff is very friendly, professional, and reliable. When I have had maintenance requests in the past, Harbor has been very quick and thorough in fixing the issues, as well as following up to be certain the issues were resolved … entirely. They’re very dedicated to keeping their apartments up to code. Without even reporting to them they seem to know when something on the property needs to be fixed or maintained. Simply put, I would recommend them highly, and am very happy to do so here. Believe me, you can do way worse.
