History
Established in 2008.
Land’s End Property Management LLC was founded in 2008 by Clint Miller and Joe Katnic, both of whom had been Realtors serving San Pedro, Palos Verdes and the South Bay since 1998. Mr. Katnic has since left the organization, and Clint Miller (CalBRE License #1 237 889) is now the sole Broker/Owner of Land’s End Property Management.
To reflect that we are a full-service Real Estate brokerage, also representing Buyers and Sellers, the company is now doing business as «Land’s End Properties.» We are located at 716 S. Weymouth Ave., in San Pedro’s Weymouth Corners.
From its inception, Land’s End Properties has offered property management services individually tailored to meet the needs of each property owner. Being more of a «boutique» property management company, we serve a smaller number of properties than some of the larger «big box» management companies, and provide more personalized professional management services for our clients.
