Nice place to get hair cut.
I’ve always come here to get my haircut. It’s best if you check-​in through their website to get an idea how long you wait before you are next. Staff is friendly. I get buzz cut which is really simple for the employee to do. Depending on the employee, when they cut my sideburns it’s uneven or its cut too much. I wish they can be a little more cautious or caring when cutting hair so it’s symmetrical

My husband said to give this place 5 stars. He walked in with 8 people ahead of him and he was still back to the truck within 25 minutes!

Love this place! Great service and funny/​friendly workers. This is the only place that does not mess up my hair as to how short I want it to be. Been coming here for a while now with my youngest son.

Been coming here for years! I drive 15 mins out of my way too! The barbers I can recommend are Letty, Kim & this girl that looks like Letty. Has Tattoos, plugs etc. The others are probably good too But I stick with them Cause they’re really good!
Great clips is a franchise like Superuts, but I’ve not had good experiences with that place. I don’t know what the difference is but these guys are really good! Before this I went to a real expressive spot in Palos Verdes with crazy good reviews

I check in online prior to leaving my house and usually never wait! Then I purchased my haircuts in advance to get my price looked much cheaper! As far as the cut many stylists have cut my hair, some alittle different than others, but none that were bad. I don’t think anyone would last very long giving bad haircuts. Currently my usually stylist is Carla and she is great!

We looked all over to find a spot for our son to get his first hair cut. Every place that was specifically for kids was booked so we came here. No appointment and we in a chair in 10 minutes. David was fantastic and so friendly. We would highly recommend him and them.

Checked in online, walked in and met the sweetest most energetic girl, she was full of life that I knew I couldn’t go wrong. She washed my hair w the new Biologe conditiner, explained how it works, cut about four inches off and made sure I was ok w the length. I’m very happy with my cut and new style.

Joseph– The obese guy w the funny blue beard– seems to run on too much CARBS/​SUGAR for he’s VERY hyper n rude during haircut. Please be polite and understanding to retain customers.

I’ve been coming to Great Clips for the last 6 haircuts. So 5 – 6 month. I guess I got the luck of the draw my first time by getting Greg to cut my hair. Greg does a great job and he’s a nice guy as well. The shop is busy, turn over is fast enough, it’s clean, staff is always friendly and the price is right.
If you don’t want to wait the 10 – 30 minutes, download there mobile app and make a same day appt! Just remember to set your appt within 15 – 20 minutes of your planned arrival!

My wife and I have been coming to this Great Clips for about a decade. At some point in the first year or 3, Johanna made an impression on us and became our regular stylist.
She always does a good job shaping our heads and her fun and friendly personality just make it that much better.
To be clear, everyone at Great Clips is great and we have used other stylists on those rare occasions when Johanna was off and we simply had to get a cut right away. Always a good experience.
As my household has grown a bit in the last few years, Johanna remains our regular stylist and she now also does my little girl’s hair, as well as my Mom-In-Law’s hair.

Horrible. Thank god I found another place. I would go here all the time. I was recommended by cousin. I also recommended to my mother. I would love going here. After I had one staff, I believe her name was Shannon. She was an African American lady. She was chubby. I asked her what I wanted on my hair. I told her how I want my front layers to be. As I was explaining it to her, she looked all confuse. she started laughing and was like huh, what. She would say it won’t look right. What I was saying it doesn’t make sense. She was having a bad attitude towards me. I felt very hurt. I was going to tell her never mind and just leave. I was so embarrass even my boyfriend saw. She continued cutting my hair. I felt so uncomfortable with her. I wanted to cry. As I left I told myself never to come here again.

Absolutely horrible customer service, if you see a chunky lady with pink hair stay away and don’t have her cut you’re hair. She has a horrible attitude and you can tell she hates her job. Plus they charged me $ 16 for a haircut when the Unilocal app has it for $ 14. As far as the haircut she did a decent job.

I went to do a drastic change and I got Joseph to cut it. I just want to say that it’s the best haircut I’ve EVER gotten! Every time I get my haircut, I usually find something wrong but not this time! He was so friendly and confident in his work and I really felt comfortable with him chopping all my hair off. I would recommend that everyone goes to him if they want a good time and a GREAT haircut!

Seems to me that they’re now asking people to write reviews because they’ve gotten so many excellent reviews in a row now when they used to only get reviews occasionally. Regarding my issue, I contacted corporate and they had the owner call me and I unfortunately missed his call. He left a voicemail apologizing about the haircut but did not leave a phone number at which I can contact him to explain the situation. He never called back either. So I never got a chance to explain that I was upset over the way I was treated, not about my haircut.

The staff is very friendly and the store is always nice and clean. The online check in is handy as well. I can’t speak to much beyond the basic men’s haircut and occasional shampoo as that’s all I ever get but your satisfaction will be linked to whomever cuts your hair obviously. I had a number of the stylists cut my hair before I found one I liked and have been a loyal customer since.
The store gets 4 stars for price and service as its good, but not mind blowing (my criteria for 5). The gentleman who I always go to to cut my hair would get 5 stars though as he always does a great job and is a hoot to talk with. I’d name him except I already have to wait for him to cut my hair some days. ;)

Excellent service and haircut given by David!
I used the app to check in early, I waited about 10 minutes for my turn because they are pretty packed on the weekends. I showed David a picture of what I wanted and he gave me exactly that. We also had a good talk about how his hair was below his shoulders at one point! He explained everything very well and took his time with my haircut. He wanted it to be perfect, you don’t see that in many barbers now a days, But with David I did. I’ll definitely be back and i’m going with David again. I even tipped him because he did such a great job! Best haircut I’ve gotten hands down.

Told the stylist i wanted to keep my hair long, and to just give me a trim. Told her that i thought she was cutting my fade too high in the back too, and i even asked if she was using a 1 for the guard. Totally disregarded my comments and kept cutting away… even cut my bangs straight from my forehead to give me a bowl haircut… most messed up haircut ever.
Positive things are waiting times are quick.
