FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I have to thank Jennifer for being so wonderful and patient with me. I’ve never sent a package before but today she helped me make sure I had the right box and when I had payment issues, she was so patient in waiting for me to find another method of payment. They were absolutely wonderful and treated me with respect.

They are box nazis and have ridiculous standards for boxing. After refusing my box, they try to sell their packaging service. Very shady :(

I never really use this fedex/​kinkos center even though it’s pretty close to my house because it doesn’t open early enough or stay open late enough on weekdays. I usually go 2 miles down to the ²⁴⁄₇ location on Hawthorne.
Well today I decided to go here since my meeting isn’t until in the afternoon and I was close-​by. It was complete waste of time and gas. I came here to print something and another customer was already using the copier/​printer machine for a larger print order. I wasn’t greeted by any one and had to wait to be acknowledged by an employee sitting in the back office. The male employee told me I would have wait 15 – 20 min which is unacceptable. I get this is a smaller location but he didn’t offer any other solution. His was not helpful since the ²⁴⁄₇ location has more helpful/​friendly employees and if I ever needed help the employees always offer to print my order on the back. I am assuming this location has at least another printer somewhere… it’s a print store. The male employee could’ve had offered that to me if he had better customer service.
Why come here for bad customer service and a waste of time if someone else is using the copier… you’ll have to wait and have no assistance from anyone. Just save yourself time and grief by going to the ²⁴⁄₇ location 2 miles away where employees are super friendly and have better customer service. Don’t come here for any kinkos needs… will NEVER come back!!!

Unfriendly staff. I paid to use their copier machine. As I was about to leave, I wanted to have some coins on hand in case the place I was going only had parking meters that accepted only coins. Asked the lady behind the counter for $ 2 in coins in exchange for my two dollar bills. She told me to hold on as she was finishing up something. After waiting for her to get done with whatever she was doing, she asks me what I was going to use the change for. When she heard that I wasn’t going to use the coins at her store, she asked me to go next door to get change.
She knew I was a paying customer (she saw me at the store’s pay-​per-​use printer/​copy machine when she printed out something to that copier and i waited until she was done so i can use that machine) and knew I wanted change, and made me wait until she was done. Then she questions why I’m asking for $ 2 worth in coins/​quarters and asks me to go next door.

What a friendly place. I was standing in line for the computers. Two woman were taking forever and the woman behind the counter offered to receive my file as an email. She printed it and didn’t charge me. Super nice.

Usually, I like receiving my shipments/​pkgs to come to my house but since I am a manager in a retail company… my schedule is always different, I either work mornings, mids, and even evenings till 10pm. So I cant always be home to recieve my things. I opted to have delievered to this location because its close to my house, convenient and my item was very expensive.
I came around 11am-​ish. two ladies saw me, just looked at me. The african american lady was on the phone, the other lady was white with crimped-​brown hair, outdated 80’s bangs and in a up do/​bun.
I stand there waiting to be helped and the one with the bangs goes «you need help?» in a monotone voice. Her look on her face and tone already set me off.
Im thinking you dont want to work here, be here and I get it we all have those days. But you sure as hell dont give me a damn atitude when im all doing is picking up a damn pkg from you. i said im here to pick up a package. It took less than 5 mins but yeahhhhh dont come here if you were just like me picking up a pkg because you’re bugging the shit out of them just an FYI. I MEAN god-​forbid i asked them to pick up a pen for me to sign it off. whatever, bye felicia from the 80’s! ill pick the location down the street nxt time!

I like this place because when I miss our office outgoing I know I can stop here till 7 pm!
The counter is always so attentive as well. No bad experiences ever!
Plenty of parking but look out for bad drivers on a rush !

Be sure to check your receipt so that you’re not over charged.
I usually use this location as my go-​to spot for drop offs of packages I need couriered. It’s usually not very crowded and I can just practically run in and get my stuff shipped off in a matter of minutes.
The service is usually quick and friendly. There was this one time however, when I elected a two-​day overnight because I wasn’t in much of a rush and there was a nice discounted cost compared to the overnight service. After getting it all set up and reviewing my receipt after, I saw the girl had changed it to one-​night for the higher charge. I had her change it back, nice try lady!
Buyer beware!

I’ve used this location many times to send packages. The staff (especially recently) are very courteous and professional. They always greet you and let you know they’ll be with you shortly. They will even finish taping up the box if they feel it’s necessary. They are knowledgeable when answering questions. I’m a fan!

I came here on a few occasions to ship out some small boxes, I always tend to come here last minute so my boxes are left untaped, the ¾ times i’ve visited I am helped by the manager, who is a dude about 5’6, short hair, anyway. he is nice but IMPATIENT. There was no one behind me (but when there was, I told him to go ahead and help him/​her) so my sister kept calling me with the address of her business since i had the old address on paper. he sighed and looked around anxiously tapping his pen. i looked at him and i felt very rushed even though there was NOONE behind me.
SO after I got off the phone I apologized and again he was FRIENDLY, IT’S LIKE AN OFF/​ON SWITCH seriously.
so while taping up my box he felt the top and said. «did you want some filler paper so the top will not dent in?» I’ said.“Oh okay thanks so much!” (KEEP IN MIND he made it seem as if it were free, cause the box was rather small as well) now i know there aint shi* free but since my box was small and i really didn’t need that much «FILLER PAPER» aka brown packaging paper, THAT F*CKER charged me $ 2.99 for this filler paper for a small box! he even put on the receipt. Small sized box… SERIOUSLY?!
he should have TOLD ME first THAT it wasn’t free so I could have said NO. and gone to my car a few feet away to get some damn construction paper!!! in all I paid; $ 36.16
anyway… people should be aware that this place does charge rather hefty prices, suggest you go to office depot first or USPS cause it’s cheaper! I had an account here so I thought he would hook it up, employee to employee, but he was stingy a5s foo! my brother works at fedex at an up north location, i called him after i shipped it out and told him I owed him $ 34 dollars for shipping. he asked why it was so much, I did ship overnight but he said i should have shipped priority next day, it would have been $ 26 not $ 34, I didn’t know it was the SAME THING! THE stingy foo at the counter didn’t want to tell me, n im sure he knew it was the same exact thing!!!
the package arrived at 10:35am next day, it was the same thing seriously… what a waste of $$
if he was genuinely nice, he would tell the customer and save them a few bucks!

$ 2.49 to fax 1 page to a location that is less than 15 miles away… your effing kidding, right? I tried in vain for 10 minutes to use the self serve fax machine no no avail. I go to the front counter and am met with a grin and no hello. The guy behind the desk faxes that 1 page and charges $ 2.49? No thanks… I won’t be back!

Four stars for the place, plus an extra star for the service from Kim. This isn’t a typical Fedex Office location. It’s smaller than most, mainly a shipping center, but they do offer printing services. I needed a few brochures printed up and had the .pdf on a thumbdrive, but it wasn’t formatted properly. Since I was too lazy to do it myself, Kim sent it off to have it done for me, which meant I would have to wait a day and pay extra for the setup. No problem since the employer was paying! Anyway, Kim called me the next day to let me know the proof came back early and that I could come by anytime to approve it.
Once I got there, it took about fifteen minutes to print the job and fold the brochures. Kim also saved the formatted copy on my thumbdrive, so I don’t have to pay the setup charge in the future.
Outstanding service set this experience apart from most. Kim was very professional and friendly. I will return in a heartbeat if I have any future printing needs.
